I was over the moon with my MacBook Pro, from the states, not only does it boost an incredible spec, it’s like a brand new Mac, without the price tag, very impressed, with excellent customer service, I love Mac’s, and will definitely purchase from these guys again.

Fast shipping awesome service and the MacBook Pro was in excellent condition and it came with case and keyboard cover. Again awesome company and fast and professional customer service!

Received a Mac Pro laptop in perfect condition. This is an awesome laptop with lightening speed, super graphics. The vendor was an absolute pleasure and the shipping super fast. Simply Mac also gives a 3 year warranty on all the upgrades to the system.
I would not think of purchasing anywhere else!

I had an appointment with this shop and online it said the place was open; when I get there they said the place was having supply issues and they were closed. Next time simply mac should SIMPLY put “temporarily closed on their website”. Yacouldsmditle.

After reading reviews here after a MacBook purchase, I decided to cancel my order. I was pleasantly surprised to say they completed my cancellation within minutes and wanted to give them credit for doing so.

I placed an order for an item that was supposedly in stock. After I reached out for a status update, they said we are "unable to ship inventory at this time due to a huge processing error at the warehouse. Nor do we have guaranteed shipment dates for your order."

My instant thought is why did you charge the full amount for a device you can't ship? Also, why did I have to reach out to find out you can't ship my order? Why did Simply Mac not send out a notice as soon as my order was placed?

When I tried canceling, they said "Please let us know why you would like to cancel your order." I shouldn't have to justify canceling an order when it is no where near shipping. Also, why cant I cancel the order online? What year is it that you're making people email you to cancel an order?

Either way, buyer beware. My first experience wasn't great, but I know it will be my last with Simply Mac.

They are clearly a scam , i dont understand why apple still let them sell their product . i purchase a macbook almost 3 weeks ago , they havent shipped the item yet where its supposed to be shipped 3-4 business day . now when i communicate with them they kept saying they have it on stock and item alreay been allocated but dont have any idea when the order will be shipped. apprantly everyone has the same issue with them .

I bought a laptop with them 4 months ago, they are still telling me they don't have it. Every month they say next month they are going to have stock but the only solution they give is returning the money. Now I need to wait until money is back but I can not get the time that I lose waiting for them.
They are still offering the same products and they still don't have it on the store... Please buy directly from Apple store.

This is my first experience with Simply Mac and I will never do business with them after this negative experience. Their business plans are not customer orientated. They are not trying to change that aspect of their business whatsoever. I made a purchase through the online store back in December 2021. I am still waiting for the product to be shipped to me. Simply Mac have already collected the money for the product but doesn’t care whether the customer is happy or not. When you ask Simply Mac to cancel the order, they tell you that a restocking fee will be incur. How can they take a restocking fee for a product that they say isn’t in their store shelf. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with a shady company and Simply Mac in my opinion is doing shady business. I am still fighting to get a refund after almost 3 months.

SimplyMac failed to ship my order of Airpod Max in a reasonable ( 7 day) time frame, and failed to respond to my inquiry in a timely manner.

I placed an order for Beats on 11/28/2021. A week before Christmas I sent an email asking where my order was. They said they did not have it in stock and would be shipping them out January 20th. That day rolled around so I sent another message, this time they said the expected arrival date that they would receive the product would be 3/24/2022.
I do not recommend this place. I do not know yet if I will be able to cancel my order and get a refund.

I placed an order on Nov 25th 2021 and still not arrived. On top of that, I just received an email stating that now it will ship late February that too not 100% sure. Not satisfied with them at all. I will not suggest anyone to do business with Simply Mac.

Horrible customer experience. On November 11 2021 I ordered 2 of the new iPads from Simply Mac as Christmas gifts. My credit card was immediately charged (most companies wait until the item ships to charge you). There was no indication of whether the iPads were in stock so I emailed the orders email on 11-13 and promptly received a reply saying that they were on back order. Since then I have received ZERO communication. My account shows that the order is unfulfilled. I have sent multiple requests inquiring about the order and asking that it be cancelled. I am getting no response. Not even a message say my email has been received. When I call the customer service number there’s no way to talk to a person as I’m sure you know. Yesterday I went to a retail store only to be told they couldn’t help me with an online order.

So here we are on 12-28. I have a large charge on my credit card made 11-11, no iPads and no response from multiple inquires.
