I'm not very familiar with accounting…

I'm not very familiar with accounting software, so I was worried it might be complicated. Luckily Bizxpert is very easy to understand. After a few minutes I was already creating invoices. The design also feels modern and clean.

I run a small trading business and Bizxpert really helps me manage invoices and records without needing complicated accounting software. The interface is simple and easy to understand. Customer support was also quick when I had questions about setup. Definitely useful for SME owners like me.

Bizxpert review and my suggestions

Your app was able to help me develop invoices and sent them to my customers directly. It enables me to do so with simple but clear invoice templates. However, you need to work more on the adjustment of subcategories and printing of logo on the invoice. Also, you need to make it possible for us to input our payment gateway in the invoice possibly, the local online payment gateways. You also need to make it possible to duplicate remarks /comments/other info on the invoices if one is working on more than one invoice to send. Can we also have the app run using our own local currency (naira) as an option.

To address your specific requests:

Local Currency: We are happy to let you know that the Nigerian Naira (NGN) is already available as a currency option! You can update this in your General Settings under Edit Currency
Recurring Notes for Invoices: You can set up default top and bottom notes that are automatically added to all of your invoices. Open Settings/Invoice Settings and scroll to Default Notes to set these up.
Payment Gateways: We are actively exploring more local payment integrations to make it even easier for your customers to pay you directly from the invoice.

I started using Bizxpert earlier this year and it has made my admin work much easier. I especially like that everything syncs across devices so I can check invoices even when I'm out of the office. Simple, practical and does what it promises.

I've tried a few invoicing apps before…

I've tried a few invoicing apps before and bizxpert is one of the easiest ones to use. The layout is clean and it doesn't feel overwhelming. I mainly use it to send invoices and keep track of payments from clients. It's been very reliable so far.

Powerful and Useful

I've used this format for years and have had great success with it. It wasn't the most intuitive or easy to use early on, but through the various changes it has become much easier to use. Best of all, it's cloud based, so when I need to process an invoice while at a specific location, I just go online with any computer, sign-in and "voila", I can edit and send from the online format. I highly recommend it.

Bye Bye Bizxpert

I'm very disappointed that you decided to take the free version away. The five invoices a month limit was more than enough for my use and economically it just does not justify the monthly premium to stay with Bizxpert.

THAT FORCED MY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY OFFERS MORE FEATURES THAT ARE COMPLETELY FREE.

I've been using Bizxpert for almost a…

I've been using Bizxpert for almost a year now for my small consulting business. Before this I used spreadsheets and it was honestly a mess. Bizxpert made everything way simpler! Creating invoices takes like a minute and everything is organized. I also like that I can check things from my phone when I'm not at my desk. Really solid tool if you run a small business.
