The goods that I purchased, were not suitable for me. I contacted Simply Elsie and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Responded very quickly.

The review by Mary is very similar but better written than my review people talk about the lovely emails and chatty responses they get thus giving scores of six but if you read about the product numerous people have numerous problems with sizing and quality I placed my order on the 19th of August and have still not received it I’ve asked them to cancel it and they are ignoring me. They also haven’t answered why they show ladies handing parcels to Royal Mail people when the parcel is coming from China there is clearly a rabbit off here somewhere.

This is a very helpful company and they get you exactly what you need

My first concern was noticing the international tracking for shipping. The ambiguous returns policy did not make explicit that as dropshippers, they expect you to pay international returns postage. So when the flimsy, cheap and very much not as described garments arrived, the problems began. There was a loop of inane chatbot emails focussing on my feelings and avoiding any solid guidance on how to return and obtain a refund. To cut a long story short, they have refunded but this is a company to avoid. The vest photographed in the publicity on the website is not what was sent, the misleading photographs of English women preparing orders in a little work room and handing the parcels to the post man is NONSENSE as the order was an import. Moreover the garment construction was dire - synthetic, raw edge, thin and flimsy and definitely not a replacement for a bra. So Simply Elsie are not what they seem - to avoid.

Ordered on 19th August now 29th and items not received. Been given two different tracking numbers. Both of which stop and don’t update.
Offered a partial refund. Not received Offered a voucher for another purchase. Never received. Keep saying what a nice little group of ladies they are in the UK so not sure why debit for purchase mentions Miami Florida on my statement.
Furthermore, these reviews are misleading because you are asked about the service and these are all about the service not about the product. There was an update today but the timing was later than the actual time it was so it appears that the product is coming from abroad so I’m not sure where that fits into being told that we’re a small team of women who care a lot and everything is packed very carefully it would appear it isn’t packed in this country at all so if it has got to
go through customs there is no way that the delivery time can be met. The service rating by others is good because you receive numerous and I mean numerous emails of apologies and platitudes
I’m not sure where this bit of information fits in the scenario????

So if they are in the UK and the parcel has come from abroad, how does that work?

Graet service with replacing my tops as needed different size excellent service

It’s a bit hard to find the size I need on the pattern but me not getting a pattern this way before.
It was emailed very fast, & I’m sure I’ll work it out.

My order has not arrived, but Lyn understood how I felt and I feel she is genuinely trying to make things right. I understand the problem is more with the courier, but she’s still trying to help.

I contacted the company to return a vest that seemed the wrong size for me, but there was initially some trouble tracking down my order. However, the problem resolved, and the company offered a replacement in another size, which I have now requested. It seems I don't need to return the original vest, just pay for postage of the replacement.

Don’t be fooled by the lovely tops being advertised it is not what you receive. The 5 star ratings are for the customer service which are excellent(I did get my money back) but that’s where it ends.
They may be designed in the uk but are made in China as the fast shipping takes 3 weeks even though I got an email a few days after ordering with a picture of a package being handed over to Royal Mail saying my package is on its way.
The tops are definitely not premium fabric and look like they have literally been cut out sewn down the side and sent out no hem or stitching around the edges at all including the straps and the bra inserts were folded over.
Very disappointed as it’s a great idea but unfortunately the finished product is not made to a good standard.

Was so looking forward to receiving these. Following their size guide I went for Small. I could hardly get it over my head it was so tight. When I eventually did it the body part felt suffocating and the bra totally flattened my breasts. Couldn't wait to get it off. I was so disappointed. Will be returning.
