Excellent communication and service resolving my query.

The tanks did not fit as advertised so I requested a returns label and refund, they do not make a flattering silhouette for the older lady, shall I say!!
Turns out they dont do returns labels, they will exchange for a different size to accommodate you. After emails back and forth explaining in detail why that is not acceptable, they have given a full refund with no need to return goods, I am to 'pass on to someone or donate' their words.

In summary, they are probably alright for younger ladies but definitely not for someone who's had children and now in their later years.

The company themselves, although it took several emails, they did eventually give the refund so I can't fault them on that point

The vests arrived but were too big, I received a really quick response and the staff were really helpful. They worked out my correct size, they also exchanged one of the tops which was a very light colour compared with photos online. I’m paying post and packing, without the hassle of returning the tops which don’t fit; now I’m waiting for the correct size. So a good experience so far

You did say that the previous tank I could keep. as I gave you the wrong size, so I intend to keep in case I lose a wee bit of weight. Thank for an excellent service

The garments I bought were not right for me but the staff were very understanding and helpful.

I must say that the team are second to none.
they bend over backwards for you to find the tank that is going to fit you.
I have got 4 and they are a bit uncomfortable.
In contacting Simply Elsie about the fit ( I realized I had ordered the wrong size)
Well now having given all my measurements and my dress size they are sending another 4 to replace the ones I have for a little amount for postage.
Again yes I would definately recommend Simply Elsie.

I received an e mail stating my vests had arrived 2 weeks
ago. I hadn;t received any but they arrived that afternoon. I am wearing one today and they really feel
comfortable. No straps slipping over your shoulder and
so soft you feel you are hardly wearing anything.

The item is marvellous( and comfortable) so all else was forgotten..but the delivery times were a wee bit too long. But I will wait again, as the products are so good!
