Works great. ETC swaps take a bit longer than others, but overall I am very satisfied with the experience. I've noticed SS is slightly cheaper than changelly.

They dont have an automatic crypto sending system. I sent them the LTC for swap they received it, after 3 hours i contacted support, they are slow 14 hrs already passed and I still didnt received my xmr. Avoid this site at allcost if you dont want to be scammed!!!!

Simple swap is the real deal
Simple swap is the real deal. The ability to exchange virtually any two cryptocurrencies is great, and no KYC required. The fees are transparent and their service team is prompt.
Transaction speed is based on how quickly an individual blockchain reaches finality. So sometimes it takes a while if you're swapping Bitcoin and that can change the variable rate. Other coins like TRX to other crypto occurs in a minute or two. Having issues? The best part is the service center which helps to answer questions and addresses any issues you might have.
All told, highly recommend Simpleswap.io and have been using them for a few years now. One thing that I think could be better on the site is the ability to earn locked rates on all currencies, as floating rates and slow transactions feels like it could be improved for transparency and user experience.
That said, the ability to work with a dedicated support person over telegram in real time is great! I will continue using them for swapping crypto in the future.

I had a problem with a swap with my swap
I had a problem with a swap with my funds sent to the deposit address but nothing happened for a good 3 hours.
So I start panicking, contact support.
They answered right away (a Sunday afternoon) and told me to keep cool and that they were watching the process.
During the wait, I look for reviews of SimpleSwap, and then the real panic began when I saw all the scam alert all over trust pilot.
When I thought everything was lost, support contact me to tell me everything was fine and the swap was a success.
So good experience.
PS : Had a couple new swaps weeks later and everything went smooth.

Used the service twice and each swap took over an hour. Not great for time sensitive transactions. Customer service is great and the service does work, it’s just extremely unnecessarily slow.

Great service resolving a rare 'failed' exchange
My exchange "failed" due to a large unfavorable price movement while my deposit was confirming. I was glad that it did! But then I needed to email support for a refund. They responded quickly, and were professional and helpful. Once the details were confirmed, the refund itself took several hours to arrive, but it all worked out perfectly. Great!
