Very good communications. Had a delivery problem/delay with the AIT couriers but Daniel at Simple Home Appliances sorted it out very efficiently. Happy to recommend.

By far the best price I could find for…
By far the best price I could find for the dishwasher I was after. Over £250 cheaper than my local currys. Delivery date chosen at checkout. Delivered in two days. Tracking very accurate and regularly updated. Delivered on time by two helpful guys. Excellent service from start to finish Fred delivery and free reruns if needed. Well done.

Fast delivery - no issues. I was unable to move anything out of the way for the delivery having just had surgery, so the drivers moved everything for me with no problem so that was much appreciated

Absolutely AMAZING!
I am so happy to be able to write this review because my experience has been incredible. I was looking for a specific tumble dryer and I had already chosen the company I was going buy it from - a very well known Appliance Online retailer ;). I had the dryer in my basket and then the very next day when I went to order, the price had shot up by £80! I contacted them about it and there was nothing they would do. So I shopped a bit more online and found Simple Home Appliances. Their price was considerably lower than even the sale price I had originally planned to pay. To be completely honest, I was very sceptical about it. But I went ahead and ordered knowing that I could use PayPal and be covered if I didn't receive anything.
I picked my delivery date (free delivery included) and had texts the very next day confirming the delivery date which eased my mind. I was kept informed about everything and even had a text with the delivery time window the day before.
The delivery arrived on time as promised. I even checked the model number straight away and all was well. When I contacted the company with a question, they replied quickly and were so very helpful. They really went above and beyond what I expected.
I've just used my brand new dryer today and it's perfect.
I cannot recommend Simple Home Appliances enough. I know this sounds too good to be true but this is my 100% honest experience with them. I wouldn't not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Simple is very effficent with competitive prices
Simple is very efficient and they provide delivery and installation within a week from I ordered the Washer. They provide a very competitive price for that too. I am highly recommend Simple Home if buying home appliances.

The dryer is perfect
The dryer is perfect, brand new. The price was amazing as well.
The only downside is that we were promised a delivery date that we set up over a week earlier. When the delivery date came near, we were contacted and told it would be 5 days later, because we live in Northern Ireland. It seems that if we arranged delivery so far in advance, the company could have made the arrangements sooner and delivered when promised.
