Beaucoup de marketing pour au final juste une balle en mousse qui ne rebondit pas du tout assez bien du tout. Sauf que au lieu de coûter 5 EUR elle coûte 50 EUR .

El balón es un timo, es de goma espuma, bota muy bajo, la textura es muy diferente por lo que no puedes controlarlo como uno de baloncesto, un desastre. Y te pone que tienes 1 mes para devolver y una dirección para escribir para la devolución, no responden por más emails que envío. No lo compréis, en el chino los tienen igual y 12 veces más baratos.

El balón no bota ni pesa como uno normal.
La realidad es un balón de gomaespuma por 50€.
Escribí para tratar de devolverlo y jamás tuve respuesta.

The bouncing of the ball is very poor. It is just foam, but you need a lot of force to give it a good dribble. Even for us as an adult. We waited some time as some said the ball should settle, but nothing improved. So for me it is price/quality not the right thing to choose. All other gear ok but nothing special. With 120eur/set it is really overpriced and it doesn’t support my son. I contacted the firm and they just confirmed the bounce is less and you should adapt, that is the reversed world!

The training mat did not arrive. We are very upset with the purchase. We had to pay addictional taxes to receive the products and they are incomplet. We are very disappointed

My Son, 8 years old, is a small sized kid (<120 cm) but has a lot of energy and stamina! This app will help him to train during the summer and come back much better in the next season with his peers! Good tool for determined kids like mine :) Let's see how much progress he will have!

El balón no bota como un balón normal. Bota mucho menos, con lo que la práctica del bote no se puede realizar con normalidad.

Silent Ball is amazing. It has made my 7 year old love training at home, and prioritize basketball over football next year. The app is fun and well done, the ball is quality. However, were only a month in, and the ball has some dents. O realise sooner rathythan later, I will need a replacement. It would be great if customers from the whole package, or even as a game reward (once you go through X hours of training, or X MVPs, you get a massive discount on your next ball, because it dates.

Great way to approve the skills inside or outside.

While the physical equipment—the ball and mats—are decent quality, the product is significantly overpriced given the poor software experience. The app is non-functional, which defeats the purpose of the system, as the primary draw is tracking progress and providing an interactive experience for kids. I’m disappointed with this purchase and would advise others to look for alternatives that have reliable, working software.

We had a problem with creating a profile but it was solved in an hour! Thanx!!!

Not once during the check out process were we informed the product would be shipped/coming from outside of the EU therefore resulting in a further £52 of custom charges. The Item was already £150, completely not worth it. Do check shipping and potential custom charges before purchasing so you also aren't stung. Never would have purchased had we known.

10 jours après réception on ne sait toujours pas utiliser l app. Impossible de créer un compte. Le service client ne répond plus aux mails.
130€ pour une balle en mousse et un tapis avec quelques lignes dessus… ca fait très très cher!! Et mon fils très déçu, lui qui attendait son cadeau avec impatience!

Wrong ball format was delivered and no way to get a return policy nor refund. Still waiting for cincrete feedback after several emails since a coyple of months... not acceptable

At first the app was a bit complicated, I wanted to create 2profiles for the kids.
They can’t switch between the profiles.
Day by day it gets more manageable, but not that intuitive as i imagined. The work out is well structured, it’s good that they can jump between the experience levels.
