I was super excited about this ball. Unfortunately it was stolen and i cancelled the membership. Almost 2 years later, I see a dribble up charge, I logged into the account and it is saying it’s active. I immediately cancelled and reached out to customer service bc when the website said I cancelled my membership, obviously it glitched and I was getting charged all this time. I told them you can see there is no activity on the account. They responded “I don’t see a cancellation” we can’t do anything past 30 days! Are you kidding?! I will never order their products again. What kind of customer service is that? I did my part, something messed up on their end.

Dribble up has the best customer service. They are very quick to respond and are really helpful.

My daughter loves doing the drills. Customer service was fast. The only thing I would say is you're packaging was not so good. The box was all damaged and almost opened. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.

I canceled the membership immediately after purchasing because the kids just refused to play with it and they kept charging my card if I could give them zero stars I would.

While I'm sure the ball and services are great I would give their customer service a big fat 0. Due to a family tragedy the ball was not able to be used by its boy again. Family didn't realize the membership was still going and when we resched out about the situation their response was quoting the agreement, with a screenshot of what's required when buying the ball. Not even a single condolence, just "we cant do anything past 30 days." Shame on you.

Everything was a pleasure from the speediness of the response to the resolving of my concern. Awesome!!!! 💗

when you cencel they take away access immediately. So if you have 3 weeks left, you lose it all! SCAMMERS!!

The product itself is ok....But they automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription for 16.99. After countless chats I was told that when you buy the product they auto enroll you. I didn't want the enrollment and it took a while to get it cancelled as i bought it as a gift. Not a very ethical place in my opinion would never buy from them again.

Solid customer service. However, I still haven't received my refund yet. I ordered the wrong ball and needed to send it back, and wanted a refund.

Great product and customer service is helping. Most companies put themselves first. Not Dribblup.

What a great concept and they keep improving on it all the time. We have had the one for soccer now for over a year and it really gives a strong foundation. Heck, I'm almost 70 and I'm thinking of trying one of the many programs out. Note I waited to post almost a year to post.

When unforeseen issues happen they are really good with communication and working with you about finding a solution.

TRASH IM HITTING THE GREEN STUFF AND IT AINT COUTING BRO AND THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING ME MAD I’m doing what you want hop off

Horrible product, ball does not register with app for small kids under 10 years old.

You are asked to hit these green boxes in the app with the ball but those boxes are static and don't adjust to child's height. So when you are in the recommended distance the boxes you are asked to hit with the ball are either up to the kid's head or so low that the boxes are bigger than his whole leg.

We use the basketball program. My son loves it and I'm so proud of him. I would highly recommend it.

Everyone in customer service made my issues of primary importance and communicate effectively. I appreciate conscientious customer service reps.
