I didn't know anything about this company. I looked at their web page and was impressed with the selection of books and the prices.. I've ordered a few books and I loved that the shipping was very affordable. I get updates on new arrivals all the time.. I've found books hard to find anywhere else. I've been telling anyone that will listen about them.. keep up the good work and Tawfeek

Points positifs :
-Bon site Internet, bien organisé avec une bonne présentation des produits & un catalogue fourni
-Traitement de la commande & livraison rapides !

Points négatifs :
-Prix élevés
-Livres pas assez protégés lors du transport. Résultats : coins des livres abîmés.

J'ai signalé ce dernier point au service client pour les commandes à venir : rien n'a été fait & les livres reçus ont eu encore des coins abîmés.

J'ai arrêté de commander chez eux.

Excellent handling and service. Not difficult to get someone on the line or no waiting very long to get a reaction on your emails in comparison with so many online shops. And when you talk to them they are friendly! So, keep on working like that!

A wonderful library that has everything you ask for

Very professional and good service. I ordered a book online that contained 2 matns according to the website. As it arrived, I saw that there was only 1 matn. I contacted Sifatu Safwa and they sent me the correct book straight away. This shows the level of good service.

This was my first time using this company and I was very happy with the service ما شاء الله تبارك الله.
I got two books, umdat al ahkam and Iqtida al ilm al amal.

I forgot to add one of the books to the basket before checking out and I sent an email asking for it to be added. They responded swiftly and added the item to my delivery and sent me a payment link.

Alhamdoulillah j ai toujours été satisfaite de mes commandes passées. Le service clientèle est parfaitement à l écoute, d autant plus que j ai souvent des questions concernant la livraison, à savoir où se trouve mon colis car j habite en outre-mer et la durée de livraison est plus longue et le service est toujours prêt à faire des recherches pour m en informer.
Par ailleurs, je peux aussi bénéficier de code de réduction lorsque ma commande est conséquente. J ai terminé mon cursus de 'Aalima il y a deux ans Alhamdoulillah: je passais commandes pour les besoins personnels en qualité de Taalibat et aujourd'hui, je poursuis un certain nombre de recherches pour l enseignement en Daloul Ouloum et les livres me sont d une grande utilité. Ils sont variés en matière de domaines de savoirs et fort utiles en langue arabe. What a find this bookstore is! I ordered editions of Ibn al Qayyim's The Ailemnt and the Cure and Imam al-Khattabi beautiful treaty on Seclusion to see how it goes. The books arrived in record time to Canada (5 business days) with no damage or any issues. The editions are gorgeous and the latest to date (dated 2023!). Blessings all around masha'Allah!

However, I highly recommend you use bubble wraps to protect the books further. I want to order more but I'm a bit worried a heavier order will be damaged without additional protection.

Excellent book quality and customer service. The only problem I have with the bookstore is when they stopped using EMS for shipping and delivery, the current shipping company that they use is just too expensive for me. I can't be paying a shipping fee that is more than the books that I'm buying. They should create different/multiple shipping options with different shipping companies that would be cheaper and flexible enough for those of us that are buying from other continents.
