I think that this is the best islamic bookshop in europe wich I know where there is the best quality of arabic islamic books and the service is excellent.

Sifatusafwa is my favorite Islamic bookstore. They have extremely good customer service, fast shipping, and good prices with frequent deals and discounts.

I highly recommend there are almost all the books I need and if there is a problem with an order they respond quickly

I am extremely happy and I have ordered from this shop several times! It’s definitely the best islamic bookshop in Europe. Very nice customer service with quick and helpful replies. Once a delivery didn’t work out due to a mistake in the delivery address so they sent the package for a second time and took over the delivery costs. Their books are of high quality. Very nice advices on different tahqiqat.

Excellent selection of great books. Most are in-stock and the prices are fair. The quality is impeccable! Not some second hand rate bookstores passed off as number 1. It's the real deal, even the discount books are exactly as described. I by 95% of my Arabic books from them, and if they ever decided to start to translate them into English, I would definitely work for them. So get at me!

Fantastic books mashallah, hard to find in my neck of the woods. 3-day delivery from Europe is great, but UPS clumsily left the books outside for anyone to steal. Unbelievably unprofessional. But that's not the bookstore's fault.

They provide most if not all of the books a student of knowledge could possibly need, and along with it, their explanations by a variety of our trusted scholars! As for the quality of their products, they are of superb and exquisite quality. However, this does not cause them to be complacent with their quality; they’re always looking to improve their quality and come out with further accommodating editions. To top it off, what’ll shock you is their customer service. A response time earlier than the notified response time with customer service agents who are understanding and have a willingness to please the customer by finding any solution possible or at the least recompensation of sorts and this is all done with a gentleness and consideration it’s unbelievable. Only issue with them is the customers they have, they eat up all of the books leaving them out of stock within days of restocking 😭 I believe even the corp itself has an issue with this May Allah bless them; the service is just that amazing. The best book store in my opinion giving no reason for a customer to complain and be unsatisfied!

**Review for Sifatusafwa: A Call for Ethical and Professional Reform**

A company with zero accountability and rip off prices.

As a conscientious customer, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Sifatusafwa. This review aims to highlight the numerous unethical and unprofessional practices that have marred my interactions with this seller, in hopes that they will take immediate steps to rectify these issues and improve their service provision.

Firstly, the most glaring issue is Sifatusafwa's blatant lack of ownership when it comes to their mistakes. Throughout my communications, there were multiple errors made on their part, ranging from the management (Mr Zouhair) totally unaware of whether one parcel was being shipped or two, and realising after a month it was 2 parcel shipped (with no tracking number of the second parcel worth 600usd), and then walking Scott free with no remorse or intention to offer a refund, or send alternate replacement item; significant delays in delivery and responding to messages (which is a via an online primitive portal in their website).
Books are over priced by about 2-3 fold approximately. This company is a rip off feeding on novice enthusiasts.

Despite these clear shortcomings, the company consistently failed to acknowledge their mistakes or offer any form of meaningful resolution. This lack of accountability is not only frustrating but also deeply unprofessional. It tends to border into fraud when someone doesn't deliver the item, has no proof of it's dispatch via tracking number and if it's en route and putting the honus on the buyer for anything that goes on after they report to have sent the item (with no evidence of it's journey).

In detail, they lost a part of the order, a collection of Allama Albani Silsilah Hadith Daifa (20 volumes) worth 598$, and had no tracking number to provide to support if the loss was in Ireland, en route or in the destination country. Their fine print in terms and conditions does say they don't take ownership of loss of item if it's by local postal service of an international country. But having no proof of where the loss occured, and advising to wait till item gets returned to Ireland in future is most ineffective solution offered. They fully know a 20kg parcel will not be returned for free or for any reason to Ireland by an international postal service if it were to be the situation due to huge expenses involved. When the first parcel has reached the destination country how can one doubt postal service for loss of second parcel blindly without any evidence.

Mr Zouhair was least helpful though polite and had no intention to resolve the matter using basic concepts of consumer protection. A typical inconsiderate money making person using religious books to make a buck at much inflated prices with no accountability.

The overall customer service experience is woefully inadequate. When attempting to resolve these issues, customer is met with generic responses and a lack of genuine effort to satisfy or assist. This disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable for any business claiming to offer reputable service.

Adding to the frustration is the total lack of personal contact available to resolve disputes. In today’s digital age, the absence of a phone line for direct communication is a significant drawback. Customers are forced to rely solely on impersonal and inefficient email correspondence, which often leads to delays and further misunderstandings. The inability to speak to a real person exacerbates the sense of neglect and disregard for customer concerns.

In conclusion, my experience with Sifatusafwa has been overwhelmingly negative. Their unethical and unprofessional practices, combined with a complete lack of ownership for their mistakes and an inadequate service provision, leave much to be desired. It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Sifatusafwa to reevaluate and reform their business practices. Only by adopting a more ethical, professional, and considerate approach can they hope to restore trust and satisfaction among their customers.

I've ordered several books from SifatuSafwa several times, and they've never disappointed me. They have some of the top books available to students of knowledge. Their pricing is likewise quite reasonable.

SifatuSafwa sells books in a variety of print formats, including Saudi, Lebanese, and Egyptian. This is a wonderful option as printed books differ in format between publishers.

When I had an issue with a mistake in my order, Zouhair from customer services, quickly resolved it to my satisfaction. Overall, a five-star rating for customer service, five stars for book selection, and five stars for book prices.

Three books shipped fast with clear tracking. There was rapid, polite, and professional support with local delivery issues, even though those issues were out of their control.

If you live in a country where PO boxes are used more than postal addresses then I would recommend checking with your national post service if the delivery has not arrived on time. If that happens, then you should see if your package can be redirected to a PO box or a nearby post office. But this is a normal issue with international postage, and the customer service proactively worked to address it.

The books were also packed carefully in paper and plastic, and arrived in perfect condition. I have placed several orders for books from SifatuSafwa before. I will continue to do so in future, and I will recommend that my friends do the same.
