The books are of excellent quality but I don’t understand why they charge 2-3x more than other book shops when they are exactly the same print. If you’re selling books of knowledge then it’s not a business to make triple the amount of money, yes make money but don’t rip Muslims off with charging them triple the price in comparison to the original price of the book, sadly that’s the only off putting factor for me, I order from here as a last resort now, if I require the book as a matter of urgency Alhamdulillah.

the quality standard is something I have not seen yet. The way the customer service is committed makes one feel as if they truly care about your islamic development. They never get tired of offering you the next best book. The site is beautiful and highly professional. Normally I do not care to give ratings but this customer experience just makes me feel deeply indebted to give 5 stars

This is the worst Bookstore ever. They don't care about the customer service. I've ordered my books a month ago and they haven't arrived yet and it's EU shipping. They can use DHL for quicker shipping but they lie and say within 7-15 days and it takes God knows how long to come if they will ever come.

Highly recommend. Very good costume service as well!

Very helpful, useful and clear customer service. There was a scam delivery message - which I didn't know of until I contacted the company. The customer service took time out not just to simply say the email has no connection to them, but to actually take time out to verify the email themself, research and get back to myself providing links and data showing that such an email is a scam.

Along with this confirmation, a set of guidelines were provided to ensure I have not fallen for the scam and ways to proceed further.

There are many Arabic and Islamic book merchants in the West. Many over-inflate prices, have limited inventory or poor quality books. Alhamdulillah I've ordered from here multiple times now because they always seem to have what I am looking for and their shipping has been great. I am in Canada and the books always arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. This is quickly becoming my Go-to bookstore.
