Emailed garage to enquire about a car Nick called me back was very friendly told me all about the car and sent me pictures so went ahead with purchase he was always available with any queries with paperwork or any questions I had , I travelled down from Scotland and met Nick in person found him friendly and courteous not push in any way gave me time to look over the car and was as he described a stunning example and certainly not disappointed travelling that distance so happy with my purchase happy to deal with a very nice truthful salesman and garage

Well what a company absolutely fantastic genuine customer service also attention to detail too it’s nice to have an old school company and lovely people too.
I was looking for a low mileage golf for my wife for 3 months and found it at Sidney Jackson in Macclesfield I rand up spoke to John and he said he wasn’t the salesman but he would describe the car for me and he was true to his word when I saw it I met Nick the salesman and the whole process was seamless in purchasing it because it was a genuine low mileage car and one family owned it before. I explained to Nick that we were travelling to France in 4 days time and I needed it serviced and MOT too. It was all done as promised and the final check over of the car was done by Tim Jackson the MD of the company can you believe it that’s class.
We have been to France and covered 1250 miles and it never missed a beat

Took my focus for it's first service and I can't fault anything. John gave me the guided tour as it was my first visit and even made me a coffee whilst I waited. Everyone was friendly and would talk to me. I had my couresty call today and as I said on the phone I was made to feel very welcome and was allowed to wander round. I honestly can't fault anything. It's a family owned business and you can tell that with the helpful and friendly staff. I honestly can't fault anything and thanks again everyone especially John. I'll be back for my cars first MOT next year.
