Great little kit
Great little kit, with everything you need to make a good job of touching up chips and scrapes. Well worth reading the instructions carefully and setting aside enough time to do a decent job.
Minor warning: if using the brushes built into the pots, make sure you've not shaken them enough to create lots of bubbles.

We looked into the issue and it was just a case of human error at the post office on the day the parcels were sent which is completely out of our hands and has never happened before.
Apologies for our lack of response regarding the extra parcel you received, there were a number of issues to resolve as a result of that day's postal service and we needed to prioritise customers who had not received their orders.

Good guidance through the process. Easy to locate the paint I wanted.
Pretty good delivery in a couple of days.
Top tip: buy the fine brush as well, makes the job much easier.

Waste of time
Ordered and paid over £5 for first class delivery, waited two days but still never received confirmation of dispatch so I sent an email gave them 24h to respond but never heard anything back so contacted PayPal for a refund.

Not Delivered
When ordered (on 20th September 2025) my expectation was delivery in 2-3 days. Not before 12 days had passed, and I had contacted Car Paint Wizard several times,was I informed the company was unable to meet the order at this time. Order cancelled and money refunded.

Delivery was quick however
Delivery was quick however, I sent a question asking for help using the paint with an airbrush gun twice! And got no reply each time so I am now left with paint that I can't use and have had the purchase the paint again from another supplier who is willing to guide me on how to use the paint with an airbrush. The paint has no list of ingredients so I was unable to figure out what thinner I needed to use without knowing what base the paint was. I relied on paint wizard for this information which they didn't want to inform me of, very disappointed.

We are sorry for our lack of communication, we are in the process of improving our service. Our paints are not suitable for use with an airbrush due to variations in PSI control. Application advice can be found on our website.

This is the second time I've use paint wizard and again they have been perfect match, highly recommended along with the applicators it makes it so easy.

Order not fulfilled and ignored
Having previously used this service with a good experience in 2020. I made an order again nearly 4 weeks ago. I received the order confirmation nearly immediately, and since then have had complete silence despite playing for 1st class delivery. I have contacted them through email and twice through the contact form on their website with no response and have therefore resorted to this review. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste money!
