Rob was absolutely excellent
Rob was absolutely excellent. Our kitchen window recess is fairly shallow & Rob worked out exactly what he could do, fully explaining what it would entail & the end result.
Additionally whilst we were petty sure of what we wanted, discussing with Rob meant we were able to place the order with absolute confidence.

Highly recommend
Mike Malian visited to quote. He took the extra time to measure my bay windows 1) 1939 house 2) coving. He suggested practical options to resolve the issues and I felt 100% reassured that he would ensure that the shutters fitted well and that I would be satisfied. He was not too pushy about me signing on the day (although the £50 John Lewis voucher was tempting). On the day of the fitting he spent time ensuring a good fit. I personally think that having the same person to measure and fit is a great idea. A sales person (from an established competitor) who visited didn’t pick up on the coving or the fact that the bay window had dropped on one side over the years, they would be happy to make the sale and leave the issues to the fitter! The shutters look even better than I expected. My rooms appear so much bigger! Absolutely would recommend.

Shutterly Fab and Abraham - highly recommended!
We wanted quotes from 3 different businesses - 2 of which were well known and another was a local firm. Unfortunately the local firm could not install until 12 weeks. One of the national companies let us down with their appointment. So it was down to Shutterley Fab.
From start to finish it was a good experience.
Abraham came and measured up and provided a quote. We were told installation would be 4 weeks once we placed our order. In fact, we only had to wait 2 weeks!
Abraham installed the shutters in 3 hours!
Abraham was courteous, clean and tidy and very professional. I would highly recommend Shutterly Fab but also Abraham for all he brings to the job
