Not 2 weeks as advertised
We placed our faux shutter order with Shutterly Fabulous because they state on their website that faux can be manufactured and INSTALLED in 2 weeks. However, yes while they did manufacture it took an extra week to install our shutters, so 3 weeks NOT 2 weeks. On the day we ordered them we were told that if we waited 4 weeks we could have them £167.00 cheaper than the 2 weeks. We paid the extra but did not get the expected service. We have emailed the Company but had no response from them. So beware. The fitter James and the product is very good, but we're still unhappy about paying extra and not receiving the service. Hence 4 star and not 5 star.
