Shutters were finally installed
Shutters were finally installed seven months after paying the deposit. SF had kept telling me that the installer was too busy to install but he said he'd not been busy at all. I look forward to an explanation because it sounds like I've been lied to.
One of the shutters was damaged - no surprise considering the box had a hole in it. Maybe someone at SF could've checked it while it was with them for three months? Now I must wait another two to three months for a replacement, which will take the process to nearly a year.
Edit: I'm fed up of your copy and paste responses. I've contacted you by email and phone countless times and still got nowhere. How about you contact me? No doubt you would if I owed you money.

So happy we chose Shutterley Fabulous from the 3 quotes we obtained. We were very impressed by Obi’s knowledge and expertise when he came along to us on the initial appointment to measure and quote. He assessed the placement for the frames to match our French door / side window framing which so enhances the finished look. Obi fully explained how he was going to execute the installation and we fully trusted his vision. So glad we did as the shutters look amazing from both inside and out. From the initial contact in arranging the appointment right through to the end the whole process was seamless and excellent communications throughout. Very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish had to wait a number of weeks for delivery. Shutterley specialist Ibrahim was very helpful with rearranging the appointment time from what was booked and completed the installation of the shutters to my satisfaction.

March order, 7 months later still not resolved!
My third order with this company and it is still unresolved. 3 promises of telephone call backs and no communication.
Placed order in march, fitted in June, however it has been measured incorrectly and the shutter doesn’t open. It was then reordered, I wait 4 months for it to be shipped and installed and then the reorder is also incorrect. I’m without a working shutter and the aftercare team still haven’t bothered to call me back Appalling service would NOT RECOMMEND.

Steven came to quote for 3 sets of bay shutters. He was super friendly and accommodating as we had a lot going on in the house that day. Beautiful shutters
The representative was very polite, helpful and professional. He did all the measurements and showed me examples of the different style shutters. I was then sent an email with a 3D image of the shutters to view. My shutters were order and installed in two weeks which I'm totally happy with, will definitely go back to shutterly fabulous when I need more installations and would highly recommend.
