What a smooth experience from start to finish, Craig quoted and fitted the shutters, he was very polite and professional.
During the order process were kept up to date with the production and delivery which we found re assuring, we chose shutters for our master bedroom, and we are so pleased with the finished product.
When Craig had finished the job he left with no mess and took away all the packaging. We will be getting some for our lounge very soon. Thanks Craig and the team. We would highly recommend Shutterlyfabulous.com

Utterly Shutterly
Josh arrived on time. He showed patience and care in fitting the shutters. He was clean, tidy and took the waste packaging away with him. He explained clearly and simply how to work the shutters. All in all, excellent product, excellent workmanship, excellent price. Josh was a pleasant young man with a sense of humour, a bonus.

t was the…Amazing well done Paul Leavy
What made my experience great was the way Paul Leavy's work started from the beginning to the end and explained step by step what he was doing. His work was impressive and you can see he know exactly what he was doing. And he cleaned up after every box he opened and even at the end he hoovered the floor and the window ledge no mess was left behind. The shutters look amazing well put together and I love them I keep looking at them with pride haha. Thank you again Paul Leavy you are a star give yourself a pat on the back.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. From the initial quote, popping back when we decided to add more windows to the quote, honouring the price match guarantee, keeping in touch throughout, to fitting the shutters with care and expertise - it all went perfectly. Maciej is a real credit to your company. An extremely polite and capable young man who worked flat out all day today with a smile on his face and left us with perfectly fitted shutters. Thank you for your service.

5 stars for the installation continued
* Updated review - still no sign of the advertised John Lewis voucher desoite emails chasing!
I am giving 5 stars due to the fitter Mat Hulson. He gave the initial quote and fitting. However our experience with the company was not so good due to my initial deposit payment "going astray" in their system

Impressive
Very impressed with the shutter installation. Marc (Liverpool) provided the quote and did all the measurements and then followed up with the installation. Installation went very smoothly and as we had four windows done, including two bays, he was here all day.
He tidied up as he went and there was no mess at the end of the installation and we were left with an outstanding installation.
The shutters were hardwood so the wait time was around 11 weeks which we were aware of and no different to some other suppliers. SF kept us informed of order progress.
The shutters are high quality and an exceptional installation makes them look fantastic. The shutters have already transformed the look and feel of the house.
The wait was worth it and with Marc providing the service from start to end we had continuity.
Thank you Shutterly Fabulous, especially Marc, see you in the New Year for the rear windows that we spoke about.

James Coneyworth Shutter Specialist…
James Coneyworth Shutter Specialist today installed the final shutters. He is an expert in his field. My first shutters were fitted in the hottest summer ever. He just got on with it, very impressed. These shutters have made every room in my bungalow much warmer and of course cooler in the summertime. The shutters are open or shut to personal preferences. Five star business and 5 stars to James too who did a great clean up job afterwards….

Managed to get a same day survey done…and also placed order that very day
Managed to get a same day survey done to order shutters for our bay window. Steven came on time and provided a lot of details and helped us with all our questions. He did a thorough measurement sizing up the shutters to fit our bay window and offered the choices we could have. He was the best out of the other surveyors we had and beat the price quoted by the cheapest one also. Very happy and placed order same day. Thanks again Steven

Quality product beautifully fitted.
We have been impressed with everything that Shutterly Fabulous have done for us - so much so that we asked them back to install more shutters!! The assessment of what we wanted, the discussions that followed, the short waiting time for delivery and the final installation and quality check were all carried out professionally and at a very high standard.
Aaron White and his colleague Paul were excellent, professional, efficient and very tidy!! We could not be more pleased with their work to-day
