Spencer visited us to discuss shutters
Spencer visited us to discuss shutters. He made sure we had all the necessary information about the product and was polite and pleasant. Today Spencer returned to fit the shutters just two weeks after we placed the order. He did an excellent job, clearing up as he went. We are delighted with the process and with the result.

Good experience and I love my new shutters
Good experience and I love my new shutters. The initial survey and costing was straightforward to arrange and it’s a plus that the person who does the survey is the person who will do the actual installation. Aaron did my survey, costing and installation and I’m really pleased with the outcome. I went for faux-wood shutters rather than wood simply because the lead time for real wood was too long for me (I had no proper window coverings at all, having just replaced my windows and I couldn’t manage with stick on paper covers for the c4months it would have been if I’d opted for real wood rather than faux-wood). Very pleased with installation and the shutters .

Fantastic quality blinds and…
Fantastic quality blinds and exceptional fitting and measuring by Barnaby Randall. He really went beyond what I expected and took care to make sure they were perfect and that I was happy. Couldn’t ask for more from him. The house looks so much smarter too. You may ask why not five stars. Well Barnaby merits five stars certainly but the company making me wait for 12 weeks from the order to arrival is the reason for the deduction.

However the real difference came from our fitter Nevil who is such a professional and goes the extra mile to ensure that our shutters look and work perfectly. An absolute credit to the company

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It’s not often that the reality of purchasing a product is better than the anticipation of it. But when it comes to my experience with Shutterly Fabulous, that is the reality. From measuring up to installation, the entire process was seamless. Also, big shout out to Colin, who made everything seem so easy and straightforward, explaining everything I needed to know. Always makes a huge difference when someone takes great pride and care in what they do and the results say it all. Thank you!
