After some initial issues (wholly due to the company and not the fitter) we are delighted with our new shutters. The fitter Steven Lutanki was polite, courteous and professional, and stayed late to get the job done.

Smart, efficient and clean fitting of my shutters. Marc arrived on time and wasted no time with getting on with the job. He was courteous and polite, and very respectful of my property. Very happy to recommend him!

Abraham was amazing from the first visit. So polite, engaging and knowledgable I know this was the company for me. Didn’t even look elsewhere as these luxury shutters blew my mind. Now Abraham has fitted them, he has unbelievably transformed my entire house. All in 3 hours. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much Abraham ❤️

Josh Graham fitted three blinds for us in October 2026. He was incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. He worked incredibly hard and kept us informed every step of the way, offering to explain everything as he went along. We are delighted with our new blinds and the service we received.

10 year warranty..........necessary, takes nearly that long to actually fulfil repairs to faulty goods.

Broken slat after a few weeks of fitting, bottom slats stuck neither shut nor open. No answer to emails or calls for weeks. Eventually got someone to answer a call, sent fitter out to assess, needed full replacement, waited without comms for 7 weeks, started trying to find out what was going on, again nearly impossible to get a reply. Eventually after well over 2 months I emailed to say if I don't get a date for fitting within 7 days I will be seeking full refund so I can go elsewhere. Miraculously they called me and arranged a fitting date, 10 days but close enough.
Fitting day arrived, took a call after 10.30am to say not coming!!!! 12.30 appointment could not be kept as (vague reason) the bits were sent to the wrong locker ? Couldn't give me a new date, didn't know anything. I had to suggest a possible solution, or at least a possibility worth exploring, myself as they offered nothing. The concept of the fitter going to the wrong locker and collecting the right part and coming to me, still within the 2 hour window of opportunity they had booked out for a 10 min job, seemed logical to me. Well over an hour past before my callback came, by now only 45 mins before he should have been at mine anyway, sorry he can't come because he's already over 2 hours away from you!!!!! Oh, so he never was coming then anyway was he! He must have known first thing in the morning the bits were not ready for him to collect, rearranged his day and then the office neglected to tell me until mid morning.
Eventually rearranged the date for me after Miraculously figuring out how to check people's diaries after saying she didn't know how/ couldn't, and booked me in again.
Pleasant guy called Aaron came, did the job quickly. Been with the company for 2 weeks so still full of hope, Good Luck Aaron is all I can say because as a self-employed/subcontracted fitter you're going to have to deal with being the face of a thoroughly disorganised, unreliable company, with terrible communication and customer service standards. Your predecessor was lovely but this company couldn't keep him.

Citing staff shortages as a vague response to my request for an explanation for why a product they advertise as having a 2 week lead time actually took 3 months, would indicate a lot of fitters have had enough and bailed out.

So, thank you for sending the rather cheerful link to leave a review.....my review is your product isn't great quality and your aftercare is **utterly **it.

What can I say, the customer service of Shutterley is absolutely amazing, from the moment you call to make an appointment for someone to come Round to measure to give a quote. We had someone called Rory who came to my son’s flat and he was so lovely,
So helpful and went the extra mile. He even came back a few months after the initial
Consultation as we had a few questions before placing the order. Again, he was wonderful and in fact he made us feel very comfortable that we made the right decision to place our order with them.
On the phone we have dealt with someone
called William which again was wonderful and dealt with any queries straightaway.
We haven’t had our shutters fitted yet but I feel more than confident with Shutterley that everything will go smoothly

From first visit to measure up and provide quotation, all the way through to completion of the shutters installation, another great experience with Shutterly Fabulous. We can’t thank Reshad Allymamod enough for his support from start to finish - he and Ken Smith did an extraordinary job last Thursday, and have transformed our kitchen !! A massive thank you!!

Steven Lutanki was so wonderful, very punctual and completed the work so well. I commend him for how hard working and driven he is I will be recommending him to all of my friends!

Liam was very helpful with measuring and fitting.
Shutterly fabulous were NOT the cheapest so it pays to shop around and then the will beat your quote.

One thing I particularly appreciated was that I never felt pressured into making an immediate decision when Spencer came to measure up and provide a quote. I was given plenty of time to consider my options, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and professional.
From the initial consultation through to installation, Spencer was incredible, friendly, courteous, highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided excellent advice when helping me choose the right type of shutters and recommended styles that would best suit my windows. I’m so glad I trusted his expertise because the finished result looks amazing.
On the day of installation, Spencer was a pro, he worked efficiently fitting all of the shutters with ease and to a incredibly high standard. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the shutters have completely transformed my home. Everyone who has seen them has commented on how fantastic they look.
The customer service throughout was excellent as well. Whenever I had a question, I was always able to get in touch easily and received helpful, prompt responses.
