Excellent services
The driver came on time and help with loaded and unloaded my stuff. And I booked at the same day and before few hours from the time I needed the taxi and they made things very easy.

FABULOUS
Catia & Ellie at Staines are FABULOUS. Excellent service, friendly and helpful; and both very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and we felt so confident to store our things that we booked and paid for a full year in advance.
Easy to get to. The building is clean and still new, so the lifts are reliable. Close to Heathrow too, which is a bonus.

I had driven to shurgard storage after…
I had driven to shurgard storage after a long day of loading the van and driving I get to Shurgard only to be told I had 45min left to offload everything well having to still find myself around the place I had to load all the big things in a rush only to come by the following day to do more driving and loading. The passage way are very narrow as well compared to Yellow storage. They also shut and kept the big doors closed and only left small door open. When I first loaded up my things at yellow storage they allowed me in the place to load my things until I was done which was 23:00pm over at Shurgard when the workers wanna leave everything closes and you have to leave what you're doing to leave the building. Certainly not happy with the service at Shurgard. But great thing is there's a Yellow storage opening up in summer perhaps better service offered there.

Hello Christopher, thank you for taking the time to share your storage experience with us. Our access hours to the premises varies from location to location. Please see excact timings on our website. It is not possible to enter the premises outside these hours. Thank you for your understanding.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund and my calls and emails go unanswered. Really poor customer service and I may now have to go to court to receive the refund I'm due. Use another storage solution, just don't use Shurgard would be my advice.

Please read your emails, as I have written to you 3 times but I've had no reply.
You have my email address, customer number and phone number so, if you sincerely want to resolve this, I would ask you to actually make contact with me!
Your store manager is also frustrated that this issue has not been dealt with for over 6 weeks. Shurgard has been a terrible company to deal with and I have now reached out to the ombudsman for their input. To date Shurgard has totally failed to communicate with me.

Lovely storage facility. Clean, easy to access and very friendly and helpful staff. Jon was very helpful and when we realised the storage we chose was too small, he changed it for us without any issues.
