Huge thanks to Kaz at Shurgard Staines! We needed to switch to a different storage unit, and he couldn't have been more helpful. Kaz had Exceptional professionalism, and high customer focus. Well organised, and clean facility, clearly takes pride in his working environment, Made time to demonstrate processes and provided in store guided tour.

Enrico was incredibly responsive throughout the whole day. I was already quite frustrated after a call with another storage company that had been far less professional, and he was extremely patient, understanding and helpful throughout.

Spoke to Kaz on the phone, who sorted out every issue I had with speed and ease. Explained everything to me with great detail and care. I needed to hand my notice in but also extend my storage unit by a few days, he made sure that was taken care of. Absolute top bloke, really made the company look good, and was lovely to talk to on the phone.

Pricing on the website could be more upfront about additional costs such as insurance and lock charge.

As a start up business and looking for a secure place it was really important for us to find the right place and shurgard is perfect what’s better is their customer service with their front line being Vao, such a gentleman and went out of his way to cover everything for us!

Sophie at the Staines branch has been more than helpful as I try to navigate my life in the UK from Spain where I am currently looking after my elderly parents who are both critically ill. She is a superstar and deserves a bonus!!! 😉
