No hassle storage
For a storage unit Newby everything went to plan nice and easy eg reception knew who I was had my lock ready and showed me around with no waiting , I was impresses especially as they did not know what time I was comming. I would have no problem recommending Shirland.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They dealt with my concern immediately and we were able to resolve the situation quickly.

Poor communication
Easy to book online plus saving admin fee, downside is you get told you’ve paid for a lock and if you don’t want it you get a refund, and also there would be a red tag on the unit. On arriving we were charged for a lock and no red tag on the unit. Multiple calls between paying for the unit and moving in from a spam number which is actually shurguards number. Customer service on the online number was poor as was told 3 different bits of info that all contradicted each other.
Lady at Dover site was friendly, can’t fault her.

Great experience in Dover
Great experience from the start very easy service to use and a fantastic price. The Dover team (Gemma and Kate) were very helpful, friendly and approachable and always have a warm welcome.
