Amazing service

I arrived at the unit and was confronted by a young man called Rob
He kindly showed me to the unit and talked me through everything.
His customer service skills were amazing and knows his stuff. Well done bud 👍
The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. Would definitely use again

Everything from booking a storage unit…

Everything from booking a storage unit to arriving and putting my things into the unit was so easy. The staff at Dover, especially Trudy, are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for helping make what is a traumatic time for me easier to manage.

I used Shurgard Self Store for temporary storage during a home move. I found it easy to rent a unit, many unit size options were available. The location and easy access made the Dover units a good choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, easy to approch and always there to help if needed. It was a great overall experience and I would have no hesitation in using Shurgard again or recommending them.

The best of the best

I’m incredibly happy to be apart of the Shurgard Dover branch. The staff are so helpful and really informative when it comes to upgrading my unit. All very friendly and would recommend anyone to go to Shurgard Dover if they need storage space
