Absolutely unhelpful new manager at Shurgard Bow...she was not just unhelpful but extremely rude and discourteous.
We have been using Shurgard Greenwich for last 2 years and now BOW shurgard ... there have been various people who were very helpful along the course.
But now...sadly the lady who calls herself the new manager donot even deserve to get this position.... I suggest you need people who are better at service and have a positive attitude. This lady should be demoted to the position she was before .. and I am never using these guys again because of her ..definelty.

Higor was very helpful when we arrived and had the time to go through our requests always with a smile.
The space has everything for you to move your boxes.

Even I got stuck inside after business hours, they didn't make a big issue out of it. they were so helpful. Stored my bike outside near bike lockers for a day and not a problem. Seems like very nice and good company, also cheap. Oh btw, I arrived at 5.30 there and couldn't go to toilet that was my biggest problem.. actually. and once you got stuck inside you cant get out even with your code, and they cant open gates remotely, so actually if anything bad happens like fire or etc, you cant get out, that's bad.. that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Gates don't open and toilets are locked always.

A really great experience. The team were really friendly and helpful. Mark talked us through the process and ensured we had all we needed. He was very happy to show us around and then made recommendations about container sizes. Overall the space is clean and comfortable and easy to use. I like the use of the app too.

Great Service from Khalid and Sara

This storage facility is by far the best experience I’ve had renting a unit. The simple reason is because Zara works here. I have never met someone so competent, reliable, empathic and knowledgeable as her. Such a breath of fresh air! I had numerous issues booking with the other Shurguard centre, yet somehow, in the nick of time, she resolved all my issues swiftly and effortlessly and I was perplexed. I cannot recommend her enough, if she managed the company, they would be the best above all else. She is a dream, and I cannot empathise enough which you should use this facility to experience the best customer service you’ll receive. Thank you a million Zara! Shout out to Rianna as well!

The staff at the Bow branch were fantastic in helping me get settled in on the day that I moved my stuff in (and helping the day before, too, when I dropped in to confirm my details and discovered I'd accidentally booked the wrong date). A really easy experience at what was, for other reasons, a very stressful time.

Trustworthy, nice storage units, easy to book online and acces to the storage. First month renting cast only £1.

Really easy to access and guy at reception was very helpful.

The units are very expensive and the parking is awful. The staff are nice but they keep increasing the prices so we have to find alternative storage. Also my partner and I broke up so are in the process of splitting our belongings, and he is using a smaller unit in the process to keep his stuff there and remove mine then we got grilled twice on why we were downsizing the unit. Also got lectured on breaking up by a member of staff who said we should stay for the children.

After 6 months of using the storage unit they raised the price from 400 to 500 per month with no explanation. While the price advertised is still lower. I contacted the storage facility just to be informed that I can move to another unit inside the same storage facility if I want lower price. They didn’t mean move to a smaller unit, just move, just inconvenience yourself enough to keep the lower price. If you don’t move we will hike up the price. I have informed how long I was planning to use storage facilities since I signed the contract and of course no-one mentioned that oh btw we will raise the price to whatever we want in 6 months and if you don’t like that just come over in 6 months and get all your stuff out and get it back in. So obviously this is absolutely disgraceful practice and misleading the customers.
