Staff

Staff, particularly Alton, were exceptional; patient, clear and concise instructions, knowledgeable and helpful. Received a fair and value for money deal.

Very helpful going through the…

Very helpful going through the different options available, no problem when asked to take me around for a tour seeing the different units available so I could see how big they actually were

First time using Shurgard and very…

First time using Shurgard and very impressed. Location is excellent and the site is very clean and well presented. Long time since I used self storage so technology is more advanced. But worried I might have some issues using the app and all the codes for access but my move in went smoothly which was really helped by the assistant Rebecca who was exceptionally helpful (thanks Rebecca!) and provided excellent service. Also like the fact that it stays open for longer so you can access early and later outside office hours. Lovely experience and would highly recommend.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing she is…

Rebecca was absolutely amazing she is an asset to the company
Very knowledgable, helpful, forward thinking and accommodating.
Nothing was to much for her and she takes great pride in her work which is evident in her delivery.
She is so genuine and warm hearted we need more people in the world like her she turned what could have been a very stressful and emotional process for me and made it so easy and effortless.
She deserves nothing less than the best and the company should reward her accordingly because she’s a very hardworking team member who shines a bright light in her customer focused roll and sets an excellent standard and great pace for the company.

The staff at te barking brach was very helpful, I would recommend this branch anytime, anyday.
I support I got when I came to transfer from one branch to another was excellent.
