Shurgard Self Storage - Barking - Beckton Anmeldelser 

I booked everything online, I got to the Barking centre on a Saturday evening and to my amazement without any staff on the premise the process to get into the storage went smooth using the QR code. I stored my items stored, fully secured and looked with the padlock I bought from Shurgard.

It’s was easy to use.

Poor coordination.
Got numerous phone calls and emails for stuff that either not due or taken care of already.

Unit walls were not painted- tape and jointed plasterboard only. If you touch, it’s dusty.
Requested change and it was granted, but why on the first place?

The staff helped me when I couldn't get my id verified. They were very helpful, there was a member of staff, I did not get her name but she spoke with an Irish accent, I don't think anyone could have been any more willing to help, your system is simple you website is one of the only storage sites that gives you a price online and not a quote that you have to wait for you can book online pop in if you have a problem, it gets sorted out and your away, the others should take a leaf out of your book

The fact that all the necessary details can be found online makes choosing a place to rent easier. It was very helpful to find carts to transport the things for storage and last but not least the reception staff is friendly, patiently providing the information I needed.

The staff were not always very helpful and could be a bit unpleasant
Not many parking spaces and the costs are a bit high but otherwise it looks clean

Elton helped me purchase a self storage unit for some personal belongings. He was really friendly and helpful, he gave me all the info I needed to ensure I had the right unit. I was especially impressed that he called me back to provide updated info on where I needed to register for my unit, after noticing that my chosen branch was remote and required me to travel elsewhere to register. Thank you Elton for your fantastic customer service, you’re an absolute asset to Shurgard.

Good service. Self Service. Easy access. Just issue with internet service especially in lifts. SoI think if code using facility in lifts could be given it would be more smooth.
