I had been searching the internet for bar stools for a new kitchen & came across some Tommy Franks designer ones on Shropshire Design website. I ended up ordering 5 whilst on holiday.
I had excellent communications both over the telephone & email with Adam & Jacob. One stool was dispatched for my approval (which I thought was a great idea) & following my acceptance email the other 4 arrived within 2 days.
I am delighted with the quality of the stools & the service I received.
I would highly recommend Shropshire Design.

Personal dealings with both Adam and Jacob. I was nervous of buying just from an image with no way of testing the quality of the furniture. Jacob secured alternative photos and Adam reassured me of the exact cost implications of returning the items if i did not like them. Fortunately they were exactly as per the images but mostly I was reassured by speaking with the guys regularly. Always answered the phone - very reassuring.

I recently purchased some furniture from Shropshire Design.
I received a lot of help from Jacob, which smoothed out the process. I live in Jersey, and there can be difficulties with transport; however, this was not the case. The furniture arrived quicker than I expected. When it arrived, the quality of the product met fully with my expectations fully and fit in the rooms beautifully.

I had heard about Shropshire Design from another customer of yours in Jersey, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for other buyers.

Excellent service and advice. Quality products, I purchased 2 Berkley design oil canvases which were stunning. Cheapest priced on internet. Look beautiful in my newly renovated lounge.
I was unsure if two canvas would be too much. We emailed and shared pictures and I'm glad I purchased two. Adam was very helpful and keen to give me the best deal.
Order was easy and delivery was excellent.
Courier even carried them Into the house.

I bought a Pols Potten vase from Shropshire Design. Delivery was excellent and the vase arrived in perfect condition and looking beautiful. I spend a great deal of time on the internet looking for good buys and the item I bought was certainly good value. I would recommend this company without hesitation and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed

A beautiful light fitting at a great price. There were issues, in that the light didn't pass quality control. I was kept informed about the progress of the order and couldn't be happier with the customer service from the team. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

What a fab experience I had with these guys. I have been researching a few retailers of the brand I wanted a few items from (Liang and Eimil) and decided on giving Shropshire a try. Their customer team was the most responsive out of all the retailers I looked at and they always came back to me quickly as I was building my cart with options for 2 bedroom designs I am working on. I decided to finance the order and was offered a 3 year plan, which nobody else seemed to be offering and I couldn't have been happier with how it all went. Delivery was fast (in about a week) and I ended up returning one of the dressing tables and swapping it for another design and that was a simple process and without any fuss. I also received a free room scent diffuser, which was a nice touch! A really good experience and I will be coming back to them for the next part of my house renovation.

Dreadful Spent over 20k 2 years ago Over 3k on a sofa that has a massive dent in it where people sit TWICE A WEEK
Company kept quoting supplier terms and conditions and 6 month warranty They obviously expect me to spend another 3k with them on a sofa Great when I was spending APPALLING NOW
ANSWER IS A PACK OF LIES NO SPILLAGE AT ALL THEY NOW ARE TRYING TO SAY A SPILL (which did not happen)HAS CAUSED A DENT 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Jacob was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. He went the extra mile to help us, which resulted in us choosing to purchase some furniture from your company. We had shortlist of two companies and Jacob won our business. I must also say that the chap who delivered the furniture was very helpful and friendly. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Shropshire Design and will purchase from them in the future.
