I found Shropshire Designs after another retailer cancelled my order of a Liang and Emil sideboard. I was really impressed because unlike waiting days for a response to emails with most furniture company's, Shropshire reply almost instantly and couldn't be more helpful. Delivery was quick in about a week and they had their own driver who was lovely and helpful.

Excellent customer service. A small independent business with a great range of products from small home accessories to large furniture pieces.

Excellent experience. I ordered a few items for Black Friday which started early Nov but they had a BLACK FRI promise and refunded me the difference because I told them I found the item cheaper and sent a screenshot. They refunded me right away. Excellent service and fast delivery. Lots of lovely items too.

Dishonest company- I ordered a table and found the product to be off inferior quality, asked for a refund. This company goes out of their way to deter you from making any form of refund and clearly state that they will charge for collection and then for re stocking/ repacking if ‘clear’ tape is not used. Clearly unfair and dubious business practice and in breech of several consumer laws.

Furthermore I have stated in several emails to this company that I was unable to select the unfit for purpose and not as described section on the returns label, however they refuse to acknowledge my mistake and are insisting on charging me (unlawfully) a returns fee for a item which is unfit for purpose. A company unwilling to engage in open communication with paying customers, and happy to charge for returns at every opportunity

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We purchased 4 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Shropshire Design were happy to hold on to them until we were able to accept delivery to London. Prior to the day of delivery, the driver contacted me by text and was really polite. On the day of delivery, he called me and told me when he would be arriving. He carefully delivered each item to the 6 th floor of our apartment block and was so helpful and considerate. We have had so many deliveries recently from other retailers - some really well known companies - and hands down, the service provided by Shropshire Design was by far the best. Well done!

Bought a diffuser and refill some time ago from a shop we went into on holiday in Hertfordshire, and wanted to replace as I loved the smell. I couldn't remember the name of the shop or which town it was in, so was very pleased to find that Shropshire Design sold the exact item, so I can replace whenever needed.

I really wanted a Polpotten stool as a statement piece in a newly built porch. I ordered from Shropshire Design because the item was priced around £100 less than other retailers. I had to wait a few weeks for the item but really didn’t mind this. I was kept up to date re expected delivery date and the item arrived in pristine condition. I love it!

I’ve never left a review before and I’ve ordered a number of items from SD over the years. Following my most recent order though, I just had to sing their praises.

My orders have always reached me in great order and I’ve always been very pleased. However, on my latest order, I ordered a large dining table and the team could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with. The delivery driver was an absolute delight, and the table is beyond my expectations.

I wish more online retailers were like SD.
