I Had a great experience with this company, Jacob was very helpful with placing my order.
Highly recommend them.

Fantastic company with excellent choice of beautiful products and the service we received when speaking to a member of the customer services team was second to none, he was highly knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in sorting out the order and delivery for us, thankyou very much.

I’m delighted and thrilled with my unique table that was so carefully packaged. It was also very competitively priced compared to all others so an added bonus 😀

Received our mirror and highly delighted with it, I would recommend this company as they kept me informed of delivery timescale and packaging was first class!!
Thank you.

Very good selections of items and goods. I found exactly the items I was looking for at a great price. Best value for money I could find around. The delivery service was also very efficient and communications were sent all along the way as some items came from Europe and were on a longer lead time.

Ordered 2 bedside cabinets they arrived well packaged with easy to understand instructions for building which I managed to do in 10mins. Really pleased with the quality and style excellent value for money . I will definitely order from this company again

I discovered Shropshire Design when searching for Pols Potten vases. They had the best price and the ordering process was very easy.
My phone query concerning the delivery date was handled courteously and in a very friendly, informative way, putting my mind at rest.
The delivery was within the projected time and the parcel was carefully packaged. I absolutely love my vases!
The whole experience was a great example of outstanding customer service, and I would recommend Shropshire Design.

Excellent experience. I love my new items thank you. Great customer service too, highly recommended.

An excellent shopping experience from start to finish. Jacob from customer services put my mind at ease answering my queries prior to ordering. Communication around delivery was excellent and the table was available earlier than the anticipated wait time which was a great bonus for us as we needed it for a set date and had left ordering to the last minute. The delivery chap was friendly, efficient and arrived on time. The table itself is stunning and has exceeded expectation. We couldn’t be happier with the product or the purchasing process. Will certainly be a returning customer!

Excellent service from Shropshire Design. Bedside tables were delivered on time and as described.  Would definitely recommend this company

Gorgeous reed diffuser which is a great size. This is the second one I’ve purchased as they are so long lasting with a wonderful fragrance. I have bought a number of items including furniture from Shropshire and as always the quality and customer service is excellent, very quick delivery and well packaged. Thoroughly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air!! You call customer service and get through to a human 👏🏻👏🏻
Jacob helped me with an order and made sure it arrived in time, I will definitely purchase again , I haven’t felt this valued as a customer in a long time!!
My purchase of flat fish jar has a very special meaning following the loss of my daughter!
Love and light ,many thanks ❤️

I ordered a matching lamp set and had excellent service from start to finish. The lamps came quickly and I was also provided with a free gift during the bank holiday, as Shropshire had an offer running adding a free scented diffuser to my cart. I have bought another diffuser as it's so nice. The lamps are very heavy and fragile but arrived in perfect condition. I am really pleased to have found the company as they have very unusual and beautiful items and look forward to buying more from them very soon.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute awful company to deal with. We have been waiting delivery of our item, that was supposedly in stock, for over 2 months. The goods have apparently been in transit for this entire time however have not arrived. SD are unable to confirm an ETA. Shocking service from a company who “pride ourselves on being a beacon of trust and reliability” as detailed on their very own website.

Communication was proactive and kept me informed on the status of an item that was due back in stock.
Once arrived, the item was shipped promptly and arrived next day.
The quality of the item was very good as well. Top marks.

Very quick delivering and completely hassle free

Fabulous Chinese lacquered bedside tables. Excellent service from purchase to delivery. Competitive pricing for a high quality item.

Wholeheartedly agree with the previous review that Shropshire Design gave an exceptional service and kept me informed throughout re delivery of my ordered item which was not in stock initially .

Very pleased with my order which was a large mirror it arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. I was kept informed from start to finish with emails about despatch and delivery.
So pleased with Shropshire Design they stock a great choice of designer products at very good prices. I will be using them again for more designer pieces for my home. Also their discounts are great if you are buying a few pieces.
Well done a great company ten out of ten.

Just simply great customer service giving a real personnel touch to my shopping experience. Loving my purchase
