Great shower head, plastic parts however.

Great product! Gives the best shower ever.

I love the dual shower head with the beads. I had to clean it and replace the beads recently and it was an easy process. I've had it for a year and highly recommend this product.

Wish I had read reviews about this company aka Everything For Sale Ltd before ordering shower head as described on Amazon. The orders are ordered from China hence long delay. Eleven days so far and customer service hasn’t replied to latest email. The company purports to be Proud to be British but is it? I’m all for private enterprise but don’t make false claims on website with delivery times. On top of this Showery use Evri for delivery. Another reason to be concerned.
PostScript: finally came but loose not in box as shown. Product itself works ok.

I ordered some items from showery.co.uk on 13th-14th august they managed to deliver 1 item of 4 items on my order and even that wasn’t worth ordering from there the other 3 items have gone missing and when emailing them they have said they delivered all of the order advice to all people ordering from showering don’t bother because they don’t envelopes include their phone number to inquire about our orders and I asked for a refund they don’t want to know anything and don’t want to give me my refund or any order status

Does not increase pressure and impossible to return. Customer service never reply. No telephone number available.

Love the products but awful customer service ! It’s been a week since my first email regarding an item I purchased, 5 email later still no reply so I contacted consumers rights & let them deal with it

Ordered a shower hose which we found did not fit our shower unit (order number #GC250341). I have emailed customer services asking for their returns process and a refund however nobody has replied. I am still chasing customer services for a refund. I now see on the Showery website that unsuitable items do not need to be returned. This is certainly not in line with their "Eco/Green Credentials"

Hand shower head developed cracks at 14 months. Emailed company to activate warranty. They promised to send a replacement. After a month, they have not responded to inquires about the shipment. I asked for a tracking #, but none provided. I had given up, but on day 37 the replacement part showed up, so I am happy. They just need to be able to communicate more effectively with their customers.

Edited: Not the best customer service. I received broken goods, was offered a replacement but I opted for a refund which took a while to get. Their packaging was so poor the replacement could easily be broken.

The shower head we purchased was delivered at around 10 days after ordering. Which was fine, but it never did the job it was advertised at doing. We have tried to return it multiple times and my husband has messaged a complaint. He has not heard back from Showery once! This is unacceptable customer service and we will be making a complaint to trading standards!

I ordered from Showery and never received confirmation of my order, but my payment for the showerhead was indeed taken. I emailed the company to receive a response that they will investigate the delivery company...etc. I emailed them again to get no response after two weeks of ordering. So I ordered the item from Amazon and received the same showerhead in 4 days. I've recently emailed the company again to refund my money but also put a dispute claim in with my credit card. Before I order anything else, I'm going to check Amazon first!

I went through the process of ordering the 3 in 1 shower head and a 1.5m hose. Their confirmation email claimed they were extremely busy and their processing time would be 2 - 4 days and delivery would be in 5 - 10 days after.
Ok, their website claims 5 -7 days delivery so it wasn't the end of the world to wait a few days more. After a couple of weeks I decided to check the delivery status via their tracking link. This had moved the date out to early August, which I thought was pretty poor for a company that claims to be "Proudly British". I suspect they hold no UK stock and delivery is from China?

I contacted Showery, who to be fair did respond with "
We will investigate with the delivery company and get back to you as soon as we have any updates." This was 6 days ago and no updates.
A couple of days after their email, the shower head and hose arrived..........in a jiffy bag!! No box, no paperwork and the bag was not fully sealed. Fortunately the contents were undamaged. Not sure if it's a return item (hence the lack of packaging) that they've rushed out, or their standard way of packaging, but seems very poor.

I've given it two stars, as the shower head seems to work well, but time will tell and I will update as needed. The packaging and claimed delivery times are poor; and customer service is lacking. Doubt I would order from them again as a next day delivery from Amazon would provide a similar or better quality product.

Don't be fooled (like me) by their website claims.

AVOID at all costs ordered and paid in early April, have still not received the product and despite emailing customer services on numerous occasions they have never even replied.
Total rip off

Didn’t help much on a shower from bath mixer tap, works lovely as a replacement shower head and doesn’t block up like the bobbly shower heads .

Excellent product, it delivers a really good shower, as the advert states, I have tried four different products but this is the one that takes the biscuit
