Really pleased with the purchase, I moved to a hard water area and my hair didnt like it!
With this shower head my hair is now 100% in better condition, my only regret is not buying it sooner.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Showery. Their customer service is practically non‑existent. Despite proudly advertising a “full no‑quibble refund,” the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. I sent multiple emails over several weeks and didn’t receive a single reply. The only way I eventually got my money back was by opening a PayPal dispute — something no customer should have to resort to for a simple refund.

Overall, I’m incredibly dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs.

Long delivery time
Filters didn't fit the showerhead (and the one that was sent is cheap and can be purchased for less on other sites)
No response on how to send it back for several weeks now
The chrome no dril showerhead holder is good / holds but is plastic so again high cost for cheap material.

Good detail about shower head types, and so chose one from the range which was specifically for electric showers rather than ordering yet another “increased pressure head” which are disappointing . Very happy with my purchase.

I contacted Showery with some simple questions about compatibility before buying, but they never responded. After waiting, I checked other reviews and saw many people saying the company doesn’t deliver what they claim on the website. I would agree based on my experience.

I can’t comment on the product itself because I chose not to purchase. The lack of communication made me too nervous to go ahead. For a company that talks a lot about customer satisfaction, they don’t seem serious about actually providing it. I wouldn’t feel confident buying from them.

Bought two expensive shower heads, the spray adjuster has broken on both rendering it useless. Two emails to Showery enquiring about returns/refunds and both have been ignored with no response. Cheap rubbish that doesn't last and zero customer service. Spend elsewhere is my advice.

The shower head was slightly damaged but they take several days to reply to emails to arrange a refund. They only want to send a replacement and not receive the damaged one back, which I think is always a red flag. I’ve asked three times for a replacement. Best avoided

First time ordering from this company and my emails of which all of which have ALL been completely ignored, I'm beginning to wonder what sort of company I'm dealing with and who they really are behind the website?

Bought a few shower heads and other items from this company, they are quick to deliver so very reliable. Very happy with all my purchases and are all exactly brilliant at what they are supposed to do so would and probably will be buying again from them.

They sent me a damaged/ used item. Sent 7 emails in 2 weeks to customer service... no reply!
Bristol trading address is a virtual office, hosted by a separate company. Their returns address is located near London and through companies house looks like it's run by 4 chinese people.
This company needs shutting down!

Really good shower head and great customer service

Disgraceful company do not waste your money, ordered 15th of feb did not arrive until 2 nd march , wrong filters for shower head wrong size hose and the quality really poor , I sent emails asking for a refund/ return but no response at all . Items not from Bristol but from abroad Yanwen logistics. It’s just a big con . Next step Odbusman , bank already raising a dispute with them . Can’t get away with it forever !!!!

So disappointing - my shower has low pressure, so purchased their 'best for low pressure' shower head. It makes zero difference. I contacted the customer service email and they haven't bothered to respond. Save your money - its an expensive waste of mine.

Ordered 24 Feb, recieved 5th Mar. In the interim recieved 2 items from Poland and 1 from India. If this is actually coming from Bristol the postal service is truly awful. Think it was actually ordered abroad. Item was £19.99 reduced from £40. To satisfy my curiosity bought exactly the same product from ebay for £5.45 with free postage. And it is the same part (from China) with same packaging and labelling. So buyer beware. This was only a one off purchase to temporarily fix a problem. Not in the market for anything else but if I was would do my homework...
