Everything went fine except the delivery. I was advised to expect the parcel on July 2nd, it arrived on 23rd June, the parcel was left out in the open and luckily for me a neighbour happened to notice it sitting outside my garden gate. I didnʼt get any kind of noticifcation that my parcel had been delivered. Better communication required!

I paid for RDM F15 Sky Ranger Pro HD Drone Bundle .I received a RDM F15 Ranger Pro HD Drone Bundle. I was told I would receive my money back if I paid for its return. I would not receive a replacement For the money I paid originally I would have to pay full price and postage. Would never use shopontv ever again I did involve Paypal. a waste of time

Excellent product and great price, just a pity that they don’t deliver to mainland north eastern Scotland and I had to travel 4hrs south to Glasgow to my nieces house to pick it up myself. I would understand if it was away out on the islands or remote highlands but Lossiemouth is where the only RAF base is in Scotland and is on the mainland 5 miles outside of the nearest city Elgin. I really think that this should be looked into and changed as it will put me and many thousands more off buying products from them

I'm still waiting for my 3rd part of my order this is 4th email I have sent. I fill you not en treated please refund my money that you.

Over £150 item never arrived! Tried to email company to recieve an email back saying thier courier left it in an unsafe place and didnt even tell me it had been delivered. Item was no where to be found. Followed up and was told its not thier problem and to contact the police. Police contacted, crime number given to ShopOn Tv. Followed up again by email only to recieve the same generic reply, so they didnt even read the email to see I had done as they asked. I called the company and explained it all to the call handler and gave crime number again and was told head office would contact me in 24-48 hours. 5 days later still no contact from head office so i will be requesting my money back from my bank / payment method.

Was told 2 day delivery and it took 6 days please amend you advert

Ordered a product on-line for my son’s Birthday. Easy to order and a good price.
It arrived within the expected delivery time frame. Well packaged.
I then wanted an extra battery which I couldn’t find on the site, so I made a phone call, which was answered swiftly by a very helpful lady. She looked into it for me and as a result the manufacturer was contacted. That then resulted in an extra battery being obtained then swiftly posted to me. I was kept up to date regularly regarding the sourcing of the battery, right up to receiving it through the post. My son loves the product.
Overall, I experienced an Excellent level of Service.

The speed of the purchase arriving at my address. I have begun using the product as yet. Its just too hot!

Have been trying to sort out a refund for three weeks - terrible customer service

Still waiting for my purchase. Ordered on the 15/05/26 it’s now 24/06/26 . Will order from qvc from now on
