Order placed wasnt collected from shop where DPD delivered it to and was therefore returned. Confirmation from DPD that it was returned on the 8th April 2026 still no refund, contacted Thane UK via website. No response at all. And still no refund.

The products h2oe are of extremely poor quality, cheap plastic with no strength that break after a short time. They are reminiscent of items won at a circus fair, or'sell em hope and promise and ship ____. In conclusion they are worthy of no account and should be avoided at all cost. The advertising will pull you in. 10 out 10 for misguiding so many.

Bought this H20 mop at Christmas but didn't use it until the Easter weekend. On first use, the nylon brush collapsed and it also looks like the duster with the coral cloth was not included in the pack.
The unit itself is quite heavy and when steaming the floors it stays streaky and wet.
I've emailed customer service but had no reply. It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone. I wish I'd never bought this thing. It does not deliver what's promised as l had to fill the tank up several times in 20 mins. Sadly, l feel it is a waste of money at over 100 pounds.
Most frustrating is no customer service response from the email address given to me so l suspect it's not working or correct.

Always love your products, only marking it down as packaging was terrible when it arrived .

Product didn’t work and I struggled to receive any help from the company. No customer service telephone number and poor Email response time. I was asked to send a video which couldn’t send due to its size. Eventually some week and a half later i have been able to send it through with some help. Having no cleaner for two weeks I opted to purchase another floor cleaner as I knew that mine was in warranty. Only had it for two months. The product is now deemed as faulty and I have been asked to pay £5.99 in order for the new part to be sent to me. I have asked for a refund but no doubt this will be a battle. Really disappointing company to deal with.

On arrival of my Orbitrek was disappointed as didn't work but on contacting Thane was very quickly rectified and a new one sent out

Eva at Thane Direct was wonderful and got on to my issue immediately, so happy.

I have just received an H20 e Activatot from thane but the enclosed instructions booklet gives instructions in every language but not in English.
I contacted thane but they wanted me to further pay for the instructions which should have enclosed with the product in the first place.
This wasn't cheap and I am utterly disgusted and disappointed that they actually want me to pay to have the instructions in English
This was bought in England and posted to me in England so why on earth would they send me the instructions in every foreign language but not in English, and I couldn't believe it when I was told that I had to pay for the English instructions.
I would never buy from this company ever again and unless you can speak bilingual then dont waste your hard earned cash shopping with these scammers.
Definitely not recommend by myself.

I had an H20 steamer which was great for keeping my floors clean, it stopped steaming after a year but customer services were brilliant, quick to respond and helpful and my issue is resolved - really good customer services and hopefully a product that will continue to be great!

After a delivery problem which Thane sorted out and kept me informed about what was happening.I received my item and I am very grateful for the team at Thane for all there work in getting the problem solved.

Great item. Easy way to order.

Very easy to order replacement parts for our H2O steamer and the water tank I ordered was with us in a couple of days.

I have the H20 steam cleaner, and the water tank is not fit for purpose.
I have had 4 or 5 new tanks and the last 1 only lasted 1 steam clean. The tanks cracks at the same place every time.
My son has the same model and he has the same problem.

Bought the bike nook assembled it but it has pushed the mudguard onto the bike wheel and now it’s now aligned. I think the product is great but just not right for me personally. I did purchase the bike nook pro for mudguards too.
I have tried to fill out the returns form on the solution centre and not having any joy as nothing happens and the please wait sign comes up. I have also tried to find an email so I can arrange a return. So far my personal experience has not been good in arranging a refund.

I ordered a steam cleaner from this company last year they tried taking an extra £200 from my account made a complaint nothing happened until I mad a bad review and they then paid back. Well they have just taken another £99 from me what is the matter with this company steer well clear they are a bloody nightmare

This will be the 4th water tank for my H2oHD floor cleaner, hopefully the design fault has been rectified? I have used the floor cleaner a hand full of times and I am getting to the point of replacing it with a different make. I am hoping the water tank I have purchased will have a guarantee period, just in case it does crack like the previous ones.

Best ever always wanted this steamer but never brought glad i finally did
