Unfortunately I was not at home when the item was delivered. It was left at my front door in full view of passing cars and pedestrians. An expensive piece of equipment just left outside. I didn’t sign for receiving the item,as I wasn’t at home, despite the email stating it had been delivered and signed for. The box was damaged with the cardboard having been ripped in transit.
There were no instructions as to how to operate the item effectively and make use of all the programmes. I have had to fathom this out for myself, but don’t really know if I’m using it to get the best out of it. Somewhat disappointed all round with this experience- both with Shop on TV and delivery company.

I ordered a paint sprayer from shop on and the service was very good and competitive priced. Very happy with the experience

Failure to deliver. Paid took my money said item in stock. Then next morning said they had none. Poor show was my first order won't trust you again

Received a product that I have not opened due to ordering in error. Contacted ShopOnTV Customer Services requesting returns instruction under “no quibble returns policy” but have still not received a response. Poor customer service so far. May have to make a claim via PayPal. Order number SOTV10607779

You advertise 30 day, no question return but when I find, that at 83 yes I neither have the dexterity in my hand and the speed of mind to operate it you refuse the return request because I have tried to use it. How can anyone see if it is suitable without opening. There was also no warning of this until the seal had been broken
So I have a £265 drone that is of no use to me. Would not recommend shopontv to anyone.

Great arrived early very pleased with my purchase

This item didn’t live up to what I expected, what I saw on the TV channel was not what I got, hardly any suction. Was so excited but very disappointed. When I contacted customer service to try and return they said I would have to pay the return charge as I’d changed my mind which wasn’t the case the product didn’t live up to what was advertised, whether this was because it had a fault or it just wasn’t as good as it was advertised I don’t know, the return charge was £22 and delivery charge was around £6 so out of pocket a lot, and the stress of all this. I will not be buying off this channel again.

I love the wristwatch and I dint even know the pen would come with it, its actually a very cool colour compared to what it looked like on TV. It was a perfect gift for my hubby and he loved it.

Item hasn't arrived, though order placed – and money charged – 25 June.
No communication from vendor since "Dispatched today" notice almost a fortnight ago.
ShopOnTv customer service have supposedly been enquiring with vendor since last Friday but haven't made further contact.

Aircon units showing on tv, still in stock, I ordered online, not advised out of stock, took my money, next day email to say out of stock. Then a week to get my money back.
Terrible service, I won’t be ordering anything again !

For some Reason the delivery company said my address was not valid,,
I email a few times till it eventually got it resent ( to the same address) so I think it was delivery company that got it wrong ,,
