I had two 100' hoses that failed. Both hoses were replaced without any complications. This issue was handle expertly.

Snow Joe snow blower
I ordered a snow Joe snow plow from Walmart website. When I received the package, the box was severely damaged. It had 2 shipping labels where it had been sold and returned by another person. Parts were sticking out of the box , box had been retaped several times. Was missing all the hardware, and unit was scratched up on bottom. Apparently it had been used and returned. Delt with company via email for 3 months trying to resolve issues. My biggest complaint was that there employees didn’t look at the return, simply stuck a new shipping label on it and sent it too me . I would advise anyone NOT to buy anything from snow Joe . Very poor customer service!!

The warranty on my water hose was honored by Snow Joe. It was replaced easily through a telephone call. The email address I first sent, which was printed on the paperwork that came with the hose, was an incorrect email address. Thus, I thought I was being ignored. Once I called, the rep gave me a correct email address. I had to attach a copy of my receipt, and my replacement hose was sent and received a few days later. The remaining warranty on the replacement hose was the same as the remaining warranty on the first purchase, which is ok. So I have over a year warranty left on the replacement hose.

Garden lights
I purchased the garden lights off QVC. It was my mistake not reading the product reviews before purchasing. 7 out of the 8 work fine. When I contacted the company they no longer have any in stock nor have any expectation too, they offered a store credit but nothing they had I needed. Situation still not resolved.

Bought a mower, didn’t last
Bought a mower, barely lasted a year. They sent a replacement that also lasted just over a year. But the “two-year warranty” paperwork that came with the replacement was worthless, as they said the start date for the replacement was the original date of purchase. I have a flat 1/4 acre yard in NE Florida. If a mower won’t last a year cutting my yard, it’s not even worth the admittedly low price. Will never buy one of their products again

I purchased the extended warranty…
I purchased the extended warranty expecting timely support, but the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
To begin with, I had to follow up multiple times even after the recommended response timeframe had already passed. Eventually, I was told that the issue was not covered under the warranty, but that they would make a one-time exception. However, they then informed me that the required replacement part was out of stock.
Instead of providing a solution, I was placed on a waitlist and told to call back whenever the part becomes available so it could be shipped. When I asked for an estimated timeline, I was told there isn’t one—it could take one month, two months, or even longer.
As a customer who paid extra for an extended warranty, this level of service is unacceptable. An extended warranty should provide confidence and support when issues arise, not endless follow-ups, uncertainty, and indefinite delays. I am still waiting for the replacement part, and my planned work has been put on hold because of this.
The lack of communication, accountability, and any reasonable estimate for resolution has made this a very frustrating experience.

Hidden Lower PSI limit
Two things:
1. The surface cleaner has an important lower psi limit that is only noted in the troubleshooting section of the owners manual! Had this limit been plainly stated, I would’ve known not to purchase the cleaner.
2. I was told that I would receive a full refund minus $14 shipping. In fact ~$30 was deducted.
