Like to say Customer service is Top notch in my experience. I explained my mom ordered the leaf blower from QVC in Dec & didn’t opened pkg until late May which after charging the battery it was dead. Poor customer service
I called to report a problem with my brand new pressure washer, it was physically broken when it arrived. I was told to send pictures and jump through hoops to see if it was covered. I was told that someone would contact me for further instructions, no one did. I finally called back and was told that I could send it back for replacement, I was also told it would take 3 days upon receipt of my shipping confirmation via UPS. I had to call back again because I had not received the new one in 3 days. I was told 3 to 5 days at that point. Your customer service is very poor and was up to me to follow up and make it right. I don't think you understand how customer service is supposed to work. I won't be buying anything else from you people again.
