Placed an order through this website on 11/04. Was provided a (spoofed) FedEx tracking number the same day that eventually said items would be delivered on 11/14. Items made it onto the truck for delivery, but were never delivered. Reached out to FedEx, was told the tracking number I had wasn't linked to my address or name and that I needed to contact the seller. Tried to reach out to the company via email, no response. Waited a few days, emailed again, no response. Contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Only THEN did the company send me a generic email saying that they're very sorry, they're working on it, and my items will be "delivered next week". It's been two weeks since that email and I've received nothing. Don't buy from this website, it's a scam.

No response, left several emails. Item never received.

I ordered back in nov 7 for me to get this no later than my twin sisters birthdays. Still have not received the two warming blankets I ordered. I also never got an email confirmation. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank because I have no products no shipping information either. I have tried to find the website to contact them and there is nothing to be found. This is not the first time I have ordered by a IG ad. However it is the first time I don’t receive anything including an email.

I have the same issue as everyone else…I ordered 3 heated blankets and a pair of shoes…received shipment notification via email and a tracking number that leads back to a broken website!! I have sent 3 emails to them with no response!!! I really wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!!! I’ll never shop off a link from the shop app again!! I’m out nearly $100!!! I fell for these fraudulent scammers scam!!!! Why can’t people just be honest?

Never received my blankets that I purchased on November 17, 2023. I tried contacting them but when I clicked on the store, it no longer exists. Hopefully they can find these scammers and maybe have them refund us,the customers, our money back. This is a sad situation because we’re putting our trust and hard earned money into these fake companies.

I ordered , Nov 9th, went to check on order, the web site no longer exists. I have my order number.. I ordered 3 of them. hoping I didn't get ripped.
Cannot get them to respond in anyway.

I ordered this in Oct 31 2023 and have yet to receive it and they will not answer my emails…tracking says it was delivered but I don’t know where it was delivered to….will be going to my bank to do a chargeback

I had some issues with the delivery since the day i ordered and i was scammed before on Facebook shopping too like many others but got the reply from company regarding some site issues; they were in contact with me on email and few days back got the products I ordered with some additional goodies as a token of apology. I hope everyone here get their products ordered.

Same experience as previous reviewers, I placed an order based on an ad I saw on both Instagram and Facebook. Received the email with my order confirmation (have since realized that there is absolutely no customer service information within the order confirmation email). Five days after the order was placed I received a “shipment” email that had a blank tracking number and a link that takes you to a website that says “Something went wrong. What happened? The link you followed is no longer available.” I immediately searched for the shop’s website via Google and that was when I found all of these reviews. I did contact my bank right away but because I initiated the charges it is unlikely that I will be able to get the money back for the item I ordered (luckily it was only one, so I’m out $39.99). I have searched on Facebook and cannot find Shop Astellia (or ShopAstellia, I have searched for it both ways). I don’t know if the page still exists, I hope it doesn’t. If it does, I hope that future buyers do not take the word of the obviously fake consumers they have in the comments and instead do their due diligence and research the company before handing over their card information. I can’t believe I fell for this, I guess I have made so many online purchases that I have become complacent. Not anymore.

Saw Astellia on Instagram! Bought 2 Snugmates for my daughter and her boyfriend for Christmas. Received an email like everyone else is saying that it was shipped and then an email from Shop saying it was delivered 11/17. Um no, no it wasn’t. I wrote them an email last Saturday and again today. Looks like I was duped $54. -50 Stars out of 5. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered.

Same problem as everyone else, wish I'd known. I've shopped on Facebook before and had no issues from other companies and always got my item , so I didn't have a reason to suspect this would happen. I will be disputing the charge as fraud with my bank. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

Same issue as all the rest. Got a shipping e-mail with no tracking #. E-mailed them with no response. Blanket never came.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! IT WILL NOT ARRIVE!!! THIS COMPANY IS THEFT! Report to the BBB!!! I wish there was a zero rating!

Emailed saying my package was shipped, with a blank tracking number. 5 attempts at contact, no tracking number and still no package.

Got a confirmation email for the item without a tracking number, got an update the next day saying the item was shipped with a section that said “tracking #:” and then just a blank space. It’s been 3 weeks and the items haven’t arrived. I’ve emailed the company twice now to get tracking info or updates and have not heard back. This is pretty clearly a scam—don’t order from this website if you actually want to receive the items you paid for.

Unfortunately the same awful experience. I ordered a heated blanket and they provided a spoofed UPS label that was delivered from a different sender to someone else in my town. I have tried emailing them numerous times with no response.

Same issue as others. No tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. No response to emails.

I wish I saw all of these reviews before I ordered. I too got bamboozled by this shop. After not receiving the tracking email I contacted the company. The same day I get an email saying it's going to be delivered but it was never delivered. This is pure madness that they are still able to operate.

Looks like im not the only one with the same complaint. I ordered from the site months ago for the hydosoothe shower head. I did get that order, so i thought ok, ill order another one for my spare bathroom. Ordered it on september 26th, 2023 and still have not received it and its now Nov 14th, 2023. Sent multiple emsils and no response. Tracking number does not show anything.
