This company is a rip off !
I made an order in May - it didn't arrive I was offered a replacement so I took that.
That didn't arrive I have e mailed many times for a full refund but they are no longer communicating.

They drag the process out so you cannot go through your bank for a refund either.

I would advise against using this company

Looks like I've been scammed too waiting for chair since June said delivered was not, then next one was lost in transit. Now I'm waiting on a refund which they've paid... which is not in my bank.. and probably won't ever be. Over 35 emails too and fro. 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered and nothing arrived, contacted them they said it had. Checked our video footage, nothing arrived when they said. Contacted them, they said they would send a replacement. Now they are offering 40% as a refund.

I have ordered and paid for a chair on the 19th May, I still haven’t received the chair or my money back although I have sent messages and emails. None has contacted me and I am taking this further

Never received item, they said they sent another one but never received it. Waiting for refund.

Same as the rest of the reviews ! Take your money and item doesn’t come ! Send loads of tracking info but it doesn’t lead to anything . Answer my emails saying they will send another and give partial refunds but nothing ever comes !

Total scam. Avoid them at all costs. Item never arrived and no way can I contact them. They do not deserve even one star.

Complete Scam. Paid, said order arrived when it never had. Offered replacement that was never sent and then tried to offer me less of a refund than I paid. They should get negative stars to rate them

I wouldn’t even give them a1 star, like others got told it was delivered then when I emailed to,d they would resend total scam

Ordered a chair. Sent me emails saying it had been delivered. It hadn't. I chased up and had emails with Up Star. Offered replacement. No arrival. I requested a refund. Further emails offering 50% then 60% refund! I'm hoping bank will help me out.

Paid for goods which never arrived. I’ve requested. Refund several times, only yo receive email telling me parcels delivered which it has not.

Scam site - do NOT order! I ordered a chair which never arrived. Did a bit more research and discovered this is a scam site. They provide fake tracking but your goods will not show up. Contacted my bank and thankfully got a refund.

Absolute SCAM i wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering. I have emailed and I have received responses from another company called Up Star saying be patient they will be delivered. Looks like the so called company is from China. Contacted my credit card company and have to wait 30 days and then I can put in a claim which I’m doing today.
I see these chairs are on Facebook again under different companies I’m not chancing it again.

Scam, I fuming that I fell for it. I will ask my bank to look into it.

I found a page cushytea.com with rocking chairs on the facebook and first I checked it on the website if it is a scam but there was no information there so I bought these chairs, after about 2 weeks it’s came a cheap cable, when I contacted this company they apologized for the mistake and told me to send the cable back to get my money back ( on web you have a free return), I didn't make a mistake but I have to pay for it, I know that I won't get my money back because shipping the cable to Singapore costs about £20 and the cable itself is worth £3 max but I would like to inform as many people as possible about this website

Total scam, I ordered 2chairs after reading reviews on their website. I've been emailing for a week, but they aren't answering to me wanting a refund, they say they delivered...I also received a spoon & fork like others on here. I'm going down the asking bank to help step in route now. Total scam, wishe I'd looked at these reviews
