Ich habe am 3. Januar 2025 einen Philips Kaffeeautomaten bestellt, Geld wurde sofort vom Konto abgebucht. Eine E-Mail geschriben auf die Webanzeige bei Pinterest, keine E-Mail-Bestätigung, niemand, mit dem ich sprechen konnte. Ich habe alle Websites durchsucht, um zu sehen, ob etwas auftaucht, und alles, was ich bekomme, sind Betrugsmeldungen. Ich werde eine Rückerstattung von meiner Bank beantragen und diese Website melden. Sie haben Werbung gemacht, als wären es Pinterest.

They were posing as b& m retail on facebook advertisement
When I looked at the tracking it was from china ? I then realised I’d been conned , even says my package has been delivered
How do I get my money back?

I placed a order 1st of Jan no response no email and no one to contact. I didn’t even know this store was from uk u til I looked at my bank statements. No email confirmation of purchase no one to talk to or anything. I have been looking at all websites to see if anything pops up and I all I get is scam Info. I will be requesting a refund from my bank and reporting this site. They were advertising as if they were Wayfair. Not a good look

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. They took my money but haven’t received item. Should have known it was a scam.

I ordered a new Potato Cutter. Received a used unit with Carrots still attached to the walls of the unit. I was told a new replacement would be sent but still haven't received it a month later. They stopped replying to my emails.

I am a buyer from Pakistan.i invested a huge amount in buying a dish rack from them but they didn't even bother to reply ship or refund my money.

I bought a $132 item and Express delivery and it still hasn't come. I've reached out to customer service to cancel my order and I haven't gotten a reply. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. When this happens I'll give a better review. Thank you.

I have ordered a Samsung book cover on 17thJul21. Yet get shipping details and confirmation on when can I receive the item. Every time I reach out to support team, get standard reply that "we are working on your ticket". No more shopping here. Requesting for refund if order can not be processed.

Ordered a fire table. Had to cancel the order because of their billing system. Revived refund for less than what I paid, they made it right and then sent me a link to order it again. I order it again. Waiting for it to be delivered… nothing. I check tracking… nothing. Check my CC and sure enough, this time they canceled the order. Again, didn’t give me a full refund. Have contacted them several times with no human response, and now $40 in-the-hole with no fire table.

If you’re smart enough to check reviews before purchasing through Storepaperoomates, be smart enough to not order anything from them.

I have been trying to get a response to my order since May. I have sent multiple support ticket requests with no response. Impossible to get responses from this company. It is almost August, it shouldn’t take this long!

I have made my order on 1st of july. Its been 22 days, still it shows that the order is confirmed, nothing else. They have not processed my order, and worst part is not even replying to my emails. We trust on these websites and they come out as a scam.
I have spend more than 2k on my order, but now it feels I have lost my money. Order no#1558.

Was not strong enough to hold printer. The wheels broke the 1st time I moved it

I ordered my shoe suppose to receive it by the the 12th of July however it never arrived and there's no even shipping updates on it all it says is that the order is confirmed I understand there was an issue in south Africa for the past week but the company never updated me on the product from the time I ordered it so can anyone please help me to find out when I will receive my order I sent multiple emails to them with no response. I'm starting to think whether I will receive my order

I ordered a graphics card 11 days ago and chose express shipping and so far it has not been shipped and I sent 4 emails to cancel the order, but so far there is no response If your store is not working, close it until the existing problems are resolved. I will keep warning people from buying from this site.

They literally sent my package arcoss 4 continents instead of just shipping straight. Took 3 months instead of a week or 2. Also, customer service is sloooowww

Due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, the delays and backlogs you are facing in responding to customers and the fact that you can’t ship out the exact item you advertise on website- I would like to request you to refund me for order number 1582. I will be EXTREMELY annoyed if I waited a month or two and ended up with the wrong item. I also think if you have such a huge backlog of orders and system downtime and can’t cope that you should shut down your website for some time to deal with whatever mess you are in and also not charge customers for their purchases until the point of shipping. Kindly process my refund and cancel my order at the EARLIEST possible.

Update: I have reduced the rating to one star now because despite so many many emails over the last several days I have not had a single response back. Feels more and more like a scam website and if I don’t get a response by today will be filing for a chargeback. Will keep the review updated and change rating according to events unfolding. So far it looks like this “company” has attempted to make off with several hundred dollars of mine and are refusing to even acknowledge emails.

Second update- THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE THEY LIE AND CLAIM THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN BUT YET SURPRISE SURPRISE CLAIM THE AMOUNT YOU PAY FROM YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS- yet CANNOT SHIP OUT THE ORDER, CANNOT REPLY BACK TO EMAILS AND WHEN YOU REPORT IT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER THEY SEND GENERIC NONSENSE EMAILS ABOUT HAVING TOO MANY TICKETS TO RESPOND TO!!!!! WELL HOW ABOUT IF THAT WERE TRUE YOU SHUT YOUR SITE DOWN INSTEAD OF CONTINUING TO SCAM PEOPLE AND STEAL THEIR MONEY?! Oh no wait THAT WAS YOUR POINT TO BEGIN WITH RIGHT?! That’s how you make money and get rich by CHEATING people? SHAME ON YOU!!!
