DO NOT ORDER - total scam. Paid for earbuds, they took money and I never received product. So,they stole my money. Initially they emailed to say product was backordered and running late. Offered to refund a partial $4.99 or get a full refund. I asked for full refund since it had been over 30 days. Never got a response. Ordered these in November. Still no product, no refund. I have attempted to contact their customer service multiple times.

I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son received a defective pair of knockies a few months ago. We returned them per their instructions and never received a replacement. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive any resolution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered Dec 4th with 3-4 day shipping. Two weeks later when I didn’t hear anything back about my order being shipped. I emailed their support and was guaranteed it would be shipped out and I would receive it by Christmas. Christmas Eve I still had not received an update on my order or the order itself. Christmas Day I canceled my order. They offered a partial refund a couple days later and I said no I would like a full refund. A few weeks later my refund had still not gone back on my card and I had to reach out to their support for the 5th time. It is note the 25th of January and I just received my refund.

Given current times I hesitated on purchasing black KP1s (assuming that they ship their products from over seas) even more with the back and forth interaction with customer support BUT upon arrival I am completely content! For being replica airpods they’re so loud!! Truly don’t understand how pressed other customers have been for being a knock off product.

Is there any way I can get my 50$ back, had the exact same situation. I ordered AirPods in early December, got a 3$ refund (due to covid), today is January 12th and I still don't have anything. Is there any possible way that I can get a refund?

Desmond promised me they’d be with me by then. Dates been and gone and now Desmond assured me would be shipped last week. Still nothing. Avoid at all costs. Desmond if this is even your real name how do you sleep at night knowing kids are the ones suffering. 100%Scumbags .
Don’t ever buy from this website
I ordered from them early October. They said they couldn’t get the products out as quickly because of corona. I asked for a full refund end of November had they said it would take 2-7 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no money!!! Don’t ever buy from them.
Are they even a real business?
UPDATE: So they work ok. I do notice that my phone seems to freeze a little when they turn on, I do a fit check after I put them in, that seems to clear up any issues. They are nice and I’m actually glad the whole thing worked out in the end.

So got the EarPods on Monday Dec 7th. I’m charging them so I don’t know how they work but at least I got them and the place is real.
I placed an order on Sept 23rd. I haven’t gotten a product yet. I’ve gotten 2 refunds totaling $8. I paid through Sezzle who said they don’t do the refunding. I’ve emailed 5 times, always getting a reply from “Desmond” who gives me the COVID, work place safety, sanitization BS story. I emailed on Monday and said I would pursue litigation if they don’t refund me. I don’t know if they’re even real at this point, has anyone even gotten any?!

Had to get my bank involved, they suggested I file a police report (which I will be doing) and filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay far away from these crooks.

Run away. Support is awful.
Bought 2 black KP1's they were fine one pair stopped working and charging after 2 months. So past the 30 days so cant get a refund or replacement - you get what you paid for them. Then I bought the pros(OK I thought things might be different) and as soon I got the shipment the tap functions did and still does not not work after a reset. Left earbud constantly disconnects/connects all the time so never really get stereo. Contacted support several times finally said they would send a replacement. I was willing to send these back. So I waited weeks only to see the order sit and sit. then got COVID excuses. I waited 3 more weeks never moved to shipped. I then contacted Sezzle as well and have been waiting for weeks for them to help, they have horrible support. Paypal much better at helping getting you money back. Don't use Sezzle buy only if Paypal offered. Don't buy Knockies!

You will not get a product. Do not bother with these people. Browsing the site you can clearly see it’s fake. I took a chance with these scumbags because some YouTubers vouched for them. Should have stuck with my gut feeling and avoided them.
Stay far away unless you like to get robbed
Horrible! 10 weeks later and still no product or refund. Desmond likes to tell you everything is okay and will ship using a template as I received the same response on multiple occasions. They have stop responding to emails. They blame new “COVID restrictions” but their product is still available for purchase with an estimate of 3 day delivery.

I only gave one star because 0 was not a choice. Two months in and $80 poorer and after being patient and kind with 6 emails back and forth with Desmond, he has cut off contact with me. My money is gone. I am currently contacting the BBB.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Ignore any 5 star reviews you may see trying to convince you, theyre fake. Its been a month and a half and the product has not even been shipped out let alone processed. Desmond is the knockies "support." Dont listen to his fake promises and run arounds about all the covid s***. Just stay away. Hoping I can get a refund but am scared theyre just going to steal my money. This sucks. A big middle finger to you Knockies for wasting my time and stealing my money.

I guess I should've read the reviews prior to ordering. YouTubers of course receive and talk about how great the pods are. Well, of course I figured why not get a pair and at worst, I have some meh sounding wireless headphones that look like airpods. But, after 3 weeks and multiple emails, I have yet to hear anything. Would be nice if they actually let me know they'd take a while to ship (probably straight from China), but Shipping FAQ on their site says 2-3 days fast and free. BUYER BEWARE.

By far and away the worst Bluetooth device I’ve ever used.
“When” they work, and that is rarely, they are great. No better design out there. Sound is pretty good, not the best but pretty good.
But, I’m not exaggerating, i have spent hours trying to get these to connect properly.
Once connected they cause programs to crash, freeze and mess up. Even when these appear to be connected, choosing them as the device will not work.
Just to prove to myself it was me, i have spent another hour just trying to connect to listen to some music on a Sunday morning. I wanted to see how long it took to get them to connect.
After an hour, i gave up (again) and came here to write this.
Other Bluetooth headphones connect in seconds and I’ve never had trouble.
These things are nothing but trouble, please do not buy them.
I hope this review makes it but i doubt they’ll Allow it on the site.
*update*
While all issues above continue, i have found if they connect but do not play, perform the ear fit test procedure. Once it plays the burst of music, they will then work. I hope this helps.
