La moderare anunturi face niște mizerie, fare base , pe niste se lase se publice cu pret fals , cu alti( noi) iau jos anunțurile ( plătit cu destul de mult bani) fara un motivații clar, am acuma primit niste motive pe email din OLX.care face contradicție completa. Pret afișat trebuie ca in deschidere, dar la cel mai mult anunțuri face pret afișat in lei si in anunț scrie in euro , si nimeni dau jos , chear daca face raportare. Daca ai alte posibilități, sfat mea este nu merge pe OLX, este scump, nu correct , si nu pot se ai un discuție cu cineva, bineinteles este tot blocat. OLX , mare mizerie!

Toți care cumpără cu "Livrare prin OLX" isi vand produsul si nu mai primesc produsul. Rămâneți si fără bani și fără produs.
OLX - fără suport uman
Firmă olandeză care activează prin furt in Romania legal.
Practică prețuri de afișare extrem de mari in comparație cu valoarea produsului vândut.
La categoria servicii - firme de constructori, promovează echipe de țigani care sunt interlopi, unde esti amenințat și plata lucrării se dublează la final.
Pe olx, storia ți se șterg anunțurile fără a fi anunțat și banii nu se mai pot recupera.
Sunt doar site-uri de evitat.

Everyone who buys with "Delivery through OLX" sells their product and no longer receives the product. You are left without money and without the product.
OLX - without human support
A Dutch company that operates through theft in Romania legally.
It charges extremely high display prices compared to the value of the product sold.
In the services category - construction companies, it promotes teams of gypsies who are criminals, where you are threatened and the payment for the work is doubled at the end.
On olx, your ads are deleted without notice and the money cannot be recovered.

Cea mai proasta și scumpă aplicație și mai au și falși oameni care sunt puși să te sune ca să pară ca ești căutat este un scam mare și scump cred ca o să îi dau în judecată pentru scam cu clienți falși ca am nr lor

Worst platform possible! Absolutely no way to get in touch with someone who works for it. Other clients, called “experts” answer for issues with absolutely no influence to solve a matter. I am trying for 2 months to recover my money. Hopeless system!

No Customer support. You have the option to contact them via chat but the support offered is inexperienced and unhelpful and they tell you that they will open a case with the hidden real support team but you receive no ticket number or e-mail in this regard and nothing happens.
If you do get in contact with the hidden support team, they will answer you once a week and they give you generic answers which won't solve your issue (the support guy stated that it takes up to one week for my issue to be resolved automatically, but the case was already opened for 2 weeks and now I have to wait another week, third in a row, for him to give me another superficial answer until the case or me will die of old age)

Incredibly low-quality platform when it comes to enforcing accurate listings.

There seem to be no effective rules regarding correct price information in listings. Many sellers advertise products or properties with artificially low prices, only to reveal later that the real price is higher (for example by excluding VAT or adding additional conditions).

I reported several such listings to OLX, but the response was that no irregularities were found, which is very concerning.

Allowing misleading price listings creates an unfair marketplace and misleads buyers who expect the displayed price to reflect the actual selling price.

They charge you for ad, then rejected it, without any reason.
Then you need to pay again, to post a new ad.
Scammers!

One star is too much to rate this website. Do not use this website at all. Scummy people with trash ownership.

2 month has gone and they didnt send me my money. They dont care...

I sold an item on their website
It was delivered the next day, the guy paid for it at the delivery time but i still haven't received my money from the website
Try not to use them anymore as they scam people

Cel mai prost site de anunturi am platit de doua ori pentru un anunt pentru ca prima data nu sa publicat si nu am reusit sa comunic cu cineva din partea olx despre asta, jenant si am vazut ca nu sunt singur in situatia asta

Am fost înșelat de olx
După plata publicării anunțului ei nu au respectat perioada de 30 zile.publicare și după 10.zile au dezactivat anuntul

Nu vă recomand să faceți vânzări tranzacționate prin Olx. De 5 zile (lucrătoare) aștept să mi intre banii în cont și nimic. Tot încerc să dau de un reprezentant Olx , nici o șansă . Nu am decât să mă adresez organelor competente ca să pot rezolva această situație.

Preturi exagerate si servicii de proasta calitate

This company don't care about the people that make their money!
I posted a car for sale with a somewhat low price because I'm in a hurry, somebody flagged my add, OLX just took off my add and closed my account without even veryfiying their claims and that actually everyting is in order, they also blocked my phone number, I opened a ticket and it has been a week now with no answer from their part, they keep asking me if the issue got solved and if they can close the ticket without even a note of investigating in the matter.
Their 1st contact line is also a hoax always trying to brush off the issue by not even looking at it. I waited almost 30 minutes for an answer from them, the person connected and after 2 minutes of waiting they wrote that they will close the intervention because I'm not answering.

THERE IS NO HUMAN SIDE TO THIS COMPANY!

Sent products correctly couries sent money to olx from dec 10th. Supports only lies and the order shows cancelled , even If IT was acceoted and delivered .
