NU RECOMAND
O folosesc pentru vânzări auto de 3 ani, plătesc cel puțin 50-100 euro lunar și anunțurile îmi sunt dezactivate de moderatori după 1 săptămână sau 2 .
Își bat joc de clienți.
Nu poți lua legătura cu nimeni și chiar dacă reușești cu greu nu rezolvi nimic.

Very unintuitive mobile version of the website. Once you reach on a conversation page, the website "mobile menu" (the one that lets you access the "home" button) disappears, and you are stuck on that page. Also, you cannot simply type the address in the browser bar, because you are taken back to the conversation. I tried to find a place on their website where to report this, to no avail.

Very unprofessional.

Totally negative experience. I sent 100 euros from my current account to invest, they rightly warned me that it could be a fraudulent site and they never returned my funds. They invented emails asking for my documents that I always sent and they repeated the same thing to me in every email. For me it is a totally not recommended site. Be careful because they do not give us your money back.

The website interface is basic and there are occasional bugs regarding filtering and posting the ads themselves. There is no such thing as getting in contact with customer support easily so forget about it, probably a few employees at the most handling "moderation".

And now to "moderation" - it is absolute garbage. I have had several ads rejected as being in breach of the ToS, the only thing I could identify was that I am selling a batch of games as opposed to making a listing for every single item (which would amount to 20 ads+). I would have no problem with this, if it were enforced, but I browse daily and see tons and tons of ads selling hundreds of items in the same ad and there is no problem. So there is major bias on the part of the "support" team who I believe to perhaps be illiterate or just plain moronic, since they are unable to coherently keep track of the rules and apply the universally. It's an ok website but if you ever encounter a problem, good luck, you will need it. If you can avoid it and use competitors, I strongly advise doing so. Also a ton of scammers on that website. Very little being done about it.

Way too many bugs both on the web and mobile apps!!!
Example: It constantly logs me out (everyday or even multiple times a day, both on web and mobile) and it's not easily visible that you have been logged out, so when you add a listing to your favourites on the PC for example and then leave the house and want to revisit it on your phone it's not there because you saved it while being logged out so it's not on your account.

There are too many fake ads regarding jobs. People post ads like they are "hiring" but actually they don't hire. They just collect people's CVs through olx, but they never call you for an interview. BIG SCAM

Discriminare, si nu posteaza anunturile din diferite motive. Care mai de care mai ciudate.
Am postat un anunt de angajare in care am explicat clar de ce anume avem nevoie, si ni sa solicitat sa nu postam anunturi care indeama la sex si alte chestii sexuale. Anuntul fiind pentru Angajare Social Media Manager and Content Creator. Nici decum pentru recrutare modele sau vreunul din motivele pentru care a fost dezactivat anuntul. In schimb de fiecare data cand am incercat sa pun anuntul a fost refuzat dar taxa pentru anunt a fost oprita.
Chiar mi se pare ca au inceput sa faca o mare discriminare mai ales in conditiile in care avem un bussines 100% legal si platim taxe la stat ca si ei.
Cel putin nu recomand sub nici o forma

I will never again use their website. As a buyer, I had my package sent back to me because the buyer didn't want to pay for the shipping costs because when she ordered it it was free, but when I had to redo the same order through their service again they taxed her.

They also didn't update their website information so that the seller knows that only when the buyer makes the order, the shipping is free. On their website, it says that the shipping will be paid regardless and when I showed that information to them, they said they understand but there is nothing they can do, that "now I learned how it actually is" ...

So now I have to pay the return costs as a seller, which is pretty much the same amount as the product I was selling, even if as a seller I wasn't informed about the difference since they aren't updating their website info when something changes.

In the end, they agreed to give me my money back as an exception, after I've been on chat with them for 2 hours.

Olx cel mai prost site , după ce că plătești să îți apară anunțul , nici nu îți răspund la reclamații , cum ar fi modificarea anunțului care da erori etc , și când îi ceri să îți restituie banii că nu mai vrei sa lucrezi cu ei îți spun că îți vor restituii doar suma de bani pe zilele rămase (nenorociților de la bun inceput trebuia să spuneți asta , nu sa lăsați să treacă timpul fara să răspundeți) Nu recomand deloc olx. Și ceva este ciudat la mijloc , de unde știu spamerii că tu ai platit pt un anunț și imediat te contactează să te tepuiasca ?????

Never use Olx.ro the worst ever. They changing terms and conditions over and over again, if you have been a victim of scam they don’t give a sh…. The final response will be deal with it, we don’t care at all! Do not use this platform, they charge you for crap services that don’t worth a penny, a scammers platform, I repeat, do not use this platform!!!

I love olx but it occurs that several times I'm sending a package and the buyer doesn't collect it... some people aren't really serious about the purchases they make and ghost you. Be careful.

This site is full of scammer's. One example is an rtx 3070 used for MINING for 4 month's

This is a big loop hole in the website and using this anyone can do fraud.

este un site foarte bun....mai ales acum ca in romania sunt cele mai mari condamnarile date de politie..nimeni nu se mai risca sa faca scam sau altceva....

Plin de tepari, am trimis un Iphone Xs cu livrare cu verificare...l-a returnat si am primit replica. Nici ca nu am mai dat de cuparator..se pare ca era nume fals.
