We can see you placed your order on Bank Holiday Monday, 4th May at 23.00 on a standard delivery, therefore, the parcel was due to arrive between 8-12 May, as per our 3-5 working day delivery terms. I can see the order was delivered on 12 May, within terms. We do offer a Next Day service should you require speedier delivery in the future.

Navy and pink contrast hoodie
Absolutely love my new hoodie, which fits true to size and is lovely and soft.
Only problem was delivery was via DPD. They provided a delivery time slot, we arranged availability around that, then they turned up significantly early, with no update to the time slot. The next available time to accept a delivery was 3 days later.

ordering process
The Scout website behaved a little erratically initially, when asked to find something it wouldn’t let me type the whole request & on occasions froze. This meant the ordering process became quite a long frustrating one.
However once the order was placed I was kept well informed of progress. Also the order came promptly just before the delivery time indicated, so that was appreciated.

Good service but crazy sizing
Good quality fabric and quick delivery which is great. However sizing for the green scout shirt is ridiculous considering the age range of scouts. The XS fits my 10.5 year old across the chest and collar, but comes to his knees and sleeves are about 6” too long. I was offered a return but scout store doesn’t offer an alternative shirt to buy with more sensible measurements, so this is the only choice for the uniform shirt.

Website was easy to use good product.
Website was easy to use. Easy to order and quick delivery. Only missed out on 5* as I wanted another item that wasn’t in stock (uniform polo T-shirt). So now I will need to pay for separate delivery charges when it’s available.
The jumper I did order is good quality and nice and soft on inside.
