Been dumped on here by LloydsDirect shutting down and it’s truly appalling.
Login fails, password reset fails so last months prescription was sorted outside the app/site. Went to do this months and the app checkout bugged out every time but managed to submit it via an incognito browsing tab but I’ve got low confidence it’s actually on the way to the GP as I’ve not had a confirmation email.
If they concentrated their efforts on their core offering (fulfilling critical medical prescriptions, for the product team at pharmacy2u, as I fear they’ve forgotten!) rather than cross-selling at every possible opportunity perhaps it wouldn’t be the dumpster fire of an experience that it is!

This company is a joke. I had a medication sent to me that I did not ask for and they took money from my bank without my authorisation. It’s taken me 4 months to get a refund, and I STILL have not had it. I have sent 25+ emails and made 5 phone calls and everyone just fobs you off and emails do not get responded to. I get the same automated email saying has this been dealt with, when I say no nothing happens and then days later I’ll get another email asking if it’s been resolved, and this goes on and on. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!
Do not use this place for Mounjaro
Complete and utter waste of time. Tried to take advantage of the discount due to price increases but company is a joke. Been on mounjaro for 9 months in total through other providers and provided video and pictures of prescriptions to keep getting told not good enough. Just seemed like they were hanging it out until stock come back. Don’t touch with a barge pole as you will not get your order for when needed. Missed dosage date and now have to start on lower dosage again.

This app/service used to be good, had no problems for a few years, now it has all gone pear-shaped and Im without meds after weeks of my order being 'stuck' and a previous order also being held up for weeks. There are obviously serious system issues but this is totally unacceptable when customers need their orders in a timely manner.

Left without antidepressants for a week and counting
The phone line doesn’t work at all, there’s no support and the payment system just keeps saying error. They’ve accepted my prescription, which means I can not get it from my own pharmacy, but will not let me pay for it. It is also impossible to get support as there is no customer service. A week without anti depressants is a joke.

Been ordering mounjaro but before the price increase I ordered and paid for a couple extra, got messages asking why if they couldn’t work it out so sent message back and eventually got a message saying that one order had been approved then was told that the other order was cancelled due to not hearing from me. Tried to call but the customer service is awful and got no response. Was told that I was getting a refund but still no cash in the bank. Just be careful with them

Trying to find out if anyone else has had missing medication and Pharmacy2U have declined all knowledge and said we have cameras yet don’t send you any footage to prove it was dispensed yet I have had 3 months worth of two medication missing that’s 6boxes and told by some dumb customer service agent I must have thrown them away they told me to just order some more one is very expensive if I had to buy it

I wish I had read the review before ordering from Pharmacy2U.co.uk. I ordered a measuring kit from this company which appeared to be a bit cheaper but the package came completely squashed! The customer service insisted that I test the kit to see whether it works - with a damage product, how do I know whether it works as expected?! Beside, nobody will pick up a squashed product from the shelf so why should I accept it?! After failing with the customer service on the phone, I emailed the two email boxes based on their website but for the last two weeks, nobody contacted me or even acknowledge the receive of the emails. It's not only poor service but also a trading standard issue which I could pursuit. I will avoid this company at all cost in the future.
Good price but old stock
Ordered some victor and rolf flowerbomb perfume. Great price and original perfume but sadly it’s OLD stock. Perfume wasn’t the clear pink it should be but a dark brown. At least 2 to 3 years old. Once opened it now needs using quickly or the scent will sour. Good price but really not worth it for old stock.

Sent two emails no response and when I queried it they said their prescription policies has been updated and check with my gp so they essentially have left me cold turkey and run out in a week with no understanding of why
Nothing has changed since three weeks ago when they were willing to give then when stock supply was brilliant
I can't help but feel this is all to do with increase in price as when I went on ad new customer the dose I ordered was out of stock

Was forced to move from Lloyds. I order for an elderly relative and Lloyds was fantastic, sending reminders based on the number of tablets in a pack and when they expected them to be used up. Pharmacy 2U doesn't work this way and it's a useless website constantly trying to sell me things

As with other complainants, I too was forced into changing from Lloyds direct to Pharmacy 2U. In all the years I was with Lloyds, I never had a single complaint, an absolutely superb service.
This week, I received an email from Pharmacy 2U stating that they needed my card details for payment otherwise my order will be cancelled within 3 days. They already had all the information required as it was clear in my account. I tried re-submitting my card details as I didn’t want my order cancelled, however it wouldn’t work saying that there was an issue and please try again, I tried again, same thing so gave up.
I contacted them via email and within a couple of hours they emailed back stating my order had been delivered, hallelujah! I then went on to check my banking and shockingly, there were 7 transactions for Pharmacy 2U, 2 for £29.70 and 5 more for £0.01.
I only ordered 2 items that should have cost £19.80 total! Tried calling and end up talking to a robot 😡 I stated I needed a refund due to being over-charged; the reply was ‘ I don’t understand your query’ I tried several times in different ways and still got the same response. I have emailed once more demanding my refund, we’ll see how long that takes.
Appalling company, avoid at all costs.

Another review for Pharmacy2U and again NOT a good one. I have tried to cancel and I was told that they would get back to me, can you believe that they did NOT! Also I received two pump containers of creams and one was completely broken and leaking, it could not be used! The leaking had caused the box to be brown and stained! I am pleased that I am not on life - saving drugs…NOT good and NOT acceptable!

Bring back Echo!
What a horrible user experience. Like so many of the other overwhelmingly negative reviews, I was forced to move to this company from the much, much superior LloydsDirect/Echo.
I used to get reminders when it was time to order meds. Now I get no reminders despite it being configured to do so. For some stupid reason, it doesn't show the last order dates for each prescription without clicking on the 'i' icon - why? Why not just list them underneath? So now I have to keep checking on the website and clicking each med one-by-one to see which one is ready to order.
I used to be able to order said meds in a couple of clicks. But now I can't do something so straightforward - no sir, now I have to go through a page to confirm what's in my basket, then a pointless page where their online pharmacist recommends products, then a page of best-selling products they try to tempt you with, then a checkout page where you need to individually confirm your details (address, payment etc.) - it's ridiculous.
If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would.

I was forced to migrate to this company from lloydsdirect.
My first order was a disaster 6 items delivered in 3 seperate deliveries and taking 3 weeks in total.
Second order and they have no reference to my scripts so hace had to start again.
Website is badly disgned, laggy, confusing and full of advwrtising.
Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

I have been using Echo/Lloyds for years with no issues but unfortunately they are now Pharmacy2U. I take many different medications and instead of dispensing in the original box they are using plain Pharmacy2U packing which doesn't clearly show which medication is inside. You are replying on a teeny little label it tells you the dosage. It would be very easy for an older person to mix these up because even for me its not easy to grab the right one. I will NEVER use them again because this is just crap. I'd rather put myself at an inconvenience and go back to manually requesting prescriptions and collecting them from the pharmacy. At least you get the sealed boxes from the manufacturer then. I've always been told never to use meds for a box which is unsealed.
