Should no longer be able to operate! The very minimum a pharmacy should do is get people correct medication that is with them on time and this company are absolutely incapable of that!
They are constantly messing up the medication that keeps me alive and are therefore putting lives at risk.
I have cancelled this service in order to use a local chemist however pharmacy2u keep taking it back upon themselves to take back over and keep dispatching incorrect orders.
I ended up with another blood clot because this company were never sending the right blood thinners on time. Absolutely disgusting

App & website functionality are beyond appalling. Errors, slow, logins that randomly strop working, prescription details that vanish. Gutted when I was automatically transferred over from Lloyds as it was so simple!

1. The app forces the user past product promotions on the way to checkout, thereby adding more pages to click past. Ordering a repeat prescription should be much easier than this.
2. I can't order using the app on my iphone 8 but it works on my very old laptop. I called for technical help several times and wrote to them but they couldn't resolve the issue.
3. I asked for an alternative manufacturer for a widely made generic medication but they couldn't oblige.

When you send for Difflam spray for a bad throat, the doctor told me to get. Prompted by a offer of 3 for 2 on cold and flu products. As I suffer from sinusitis alot, ordered 2 items for this as and when. Email next day sorry can only have 2 items. So why has a pharmacy got a offer on 3, for 2 when your only allowed 2. They don't tell you this until the order as gone through. Then email,then I picked them up about having a deal on 3 for 2 on cold and flu. It's a con, as I complained I had a email to say cancelling my order, not suitable for issues I got. What Difflam for bad throat is that not what it's for. What a load of tosh there excuses. Go to your pharmacy adverts say, I'd rather see a vet if this is the rest we got. Shameful excuses and lies

The app is useless. Will not give me a free prescription even though my date of birth is saved correctly. Could not pay for anything in the shop as it would not save my credit card details. My details also say I was born a man - i am one very annoyed 62 year old woman. Disgracefully and unnecessarily bad

since the Loyyd's app it's got progressively worse more complicated and it's just a ball ache to use.

This app is really bad. Customer service is really unhelpful. The way this app takes payments for prescriptions is ridiculous. The app is laggy and verification for payments always fails. No matter how many times you add your card to this app you have to go through verification when paying for prescriptions over and over again. If this company takes an incorrect amount of money it takes ages to receive your money back. When calling customer services yoy are told the same thing over and over again. Since I have used this app it's been a total nightmare and pain to order prescriptions.

Have been using P2U app for some time since Lloyds closed. The app is truly rubbish. Not only do you have to trawl through unnecessary pages to place you NHS order but once you have done that the app frequently crashes with with "an error has occurred" Don't believe their advertising, it is not that easy to order you repeat prescriptions with P2U

Doctors authorised my medication and typical pharmcay2u decided not to dispense my medication for no reason. Never informed me and stated they have dispensed and delivered the medication .

So they have charged me for medication I did not receive and also lied saying they have dispensed it.

Total waste of time using these clowns as this is not the first time this has happened and can never give a reason why and think saying sorry will do!

Your a joke and should be shut down, your liars and thieves not dispensing someone’s medication but charging them and saying you have sent it out and more importantly putting my health at risk for not sending my tablets out.

Have stopped using this jokers and also cancelled all my family medication from these lot and will never use them again or recommend them NHS need to take you off there supplier list as you are complete crooks and should be shut down

It is virtually impossible to order my repeat prescription online as there is no reorder button. It made me enter my medication again as if it was not already there and then came up with an error message. The onky way i can order is via the chatbot. It is also impossible to schedule reminders. I've tried saving reminders many times but it keeps telling me I have no reminders scheduled. The last time I placed an order nothing happened until I kept sending messages telling them how many days I had left before my pills ran out. I never had any problems with Lloyds.

I have many illnesses and disabilities, bought a product off their website, extremely bad Customer Care in fact more appropriate to call COULDNT CARE LESS TEAM! If this is how they treated me, I can't even imagine how they could care even less, for anyone in perfect health. Customer telephone services, only deal with prescriptions, obviously not bothered about people buying off their website. Only bought one thing, will NEVER buy anything off them again.

I placed an online order for a meal drink (Huel) totaling £20 which was supposed to qualify for free delivery. However, I was still charged a delivery fee. I tried to contact customer service, but none of the phone numbers or email addresses seem to work. This was my first — and definitely my last — order with them. I’ve left a review to let others know about my experience.

The ordering system for Mounjarro is a joke. Same experience as 3 other reviewers there is no communication between the online private doctor service and the customer service team who cannot help with cancellation of orders automatically if you haven’t received their consultation requests.
Right from the start in July they lost my order and said the payment hadn’t gone through. My bank said it was logged. Took 10 days to get the consultation request back on track.
Then next months order took 10 days to deliver.
All the time the App says it’s on track and approved but the company data base says nothing received. They cancel the order in 7 days if you don’t respond to their emails which can only be read on the App via the dashboard menu. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered and for such an expensive product such as Mounjarro an appalling customer response.

I’ve now been 2 weeks without the medication which sets you back on the weight loss journey. This is a new service to this team at Pharmacy 2U and the whole process is incompetent. I use the service for my NHS meds and so far those deliveries have been adequate and timely.

However there is a serious communication problem with the weight loss service where you don’t receive their queries by direct email only via the hopeless App.
I’ve had to pursue consultations again and again because they’ve not been logged and then they cancel the order without telling you. APALLING way to run a medical service and you can’t speak to the dispatch team.

Finally I received my Mounjarro this morning 14th October and Yes the Royal Mail did arrive during their estimated timeframe but quite frankly I’ve had enough. I’ve placed a follow up order through another supplier who has glowing reviews and a cheaper price point.

What a terrible company. I had to register to get a price, soon as they wanted payment details, I didn't trust this. But since then, they've taken over my details and prescriptions without my consent. I've had to fight to get my meds at my local pharmacy. But soon as I want to cancel my account, they've ignored me. You can't just do that online. I've called and been on hold for 45 minutes. This is disgusting of them. What ever you do, don't ever register with them.

Absolutely terrible company. I was with these a few years ago and moved to Lloyds because the service was terrible. I never had any issues with Lloyds. Was gutted when i found out that Pharmacy2U was taking over. Since these took over things have gone down hill fast.

Absolutely terrible, they took over from Lloyds who were perfect, and these are awful, the app is terrible, can’t log in half the time and when you do I can’t even order my medication, just comes up with an error all the time!!

AVVOIIDDDDD Absolutely terrible. Lloyds direct was perfect these lot took over and oh my God how could it be so bad. Cant log in for a start. Took ages. Then sent me the wrong medication 4 times. Then started sending and charging me for the wrong medication by themselves. Then logged me out of my account. Then an error message pops up so I cant get any medication any more AVVVOOOIIDDDDDDDDDD

A bunch of monkeys would have provided a better service. The lack of care is evident in just about everything including the non functional app and website

Had a Royal Mail leaflet through the door which sounded good as it would cut out travelling and queing. Signed up, had confirmation email, great. Went to order prescriptions and Pharmacy2U were listed as the nominated pharmacy, so far so good. Clicked the required medicines and was asked to log in to Pharmacy2U. After multiple attempts and failed logins, reset passwords, etc, and going round in circles, I had to go to the doctors and reset my nominated pharmacy back as before, as these meds were required in the next few days. Waste of time and effort.

I would give this company no stars if I could there online ordering system is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot speak to anybody. You cannot order over the phone and everybody sends you off to another area. Do not use this company. I wish I’d never got involved with them
