I tried to reorder my prescription. This was declined and alternative offered. Trying to get in touch with their customer service team is practically impossible. Four emails with no response. Phone calls to 0113 265 0222 cuts off. 10 days later l get through to someone who tries to tell me l am using the website incorrectly. Wrong! Ive been using their website for years. Nothing has changed. It would not even allow me to select the recommendation. Would not accept my discount code and would not allow payment. All l can say is ....their systems and support mechanisms are very much lacking......lm awaiting a response but l won't hold my breath

Unhappy about these ones...Well, first of all their site was giving me multiple times errors when trying to register my payment details and make my payment, and it was keep on voiding my inputs. Then they have sent my prescription on a wrong address, although i have updated my details a day before they have even started to reprocess my prescription 🙄 ...sent them emails for a few days about these errors and the wrong address processing, no answer...tried to call them, nobody answering.. and the system was not solving my problem in any way...😒 ...wrote back to the gp, another email and phone calls... annoying the whole process.... (to be honest, after 20 years of studying and working for years in that architectural and construction field, and not even having our own home at the age of 37 and 39, ...I do not need plus homeworking and dozens of emails and phone calls me to have to give for every little thing!!!)
Then they are expensive, and also they are slow in deliveries and processing my prescription...so literally I needed some vitamins D and folic acid and they need days for it, when amazon is sending my order on a next day delivery! 😒🙄 ...or I could just buy all at the supermarket down the street 🤔😒... (annoying after trying to have even our first child for more than 3 years now, and after 2 ectopic pregnancies...all this mess)🫤😟💦

I am not going to AMEND people from another city, in London, from a rental in which we are not living anymore, when we live in sheffield for years now.
First of all why is that one can not speak with anybody in regards to my orders???? Your load of work has nothing to do with me...I could have litterally bought my vitamins from amazon with NEXT DAY DELIVEY!!!! And not waiting for weeks and days for you doing nothing!!!!
Secondly, your stupid system and website says that I can set my delivery address for the right one, before the order...I have done that. AND YOU DECIDED AGAINST ME PUTTING THE RIGHT ADDRESS THAT YOU SEND MY ORDER THAT PROCESSED FOR DAYS ON A WRROOOOOONG ADDRESSS!!!
You ate IMORAL, AND UNETHICAL!!!! Tou should send my stuff accordingly and not make me problems and STEAL MY MONEY!!! You anyway have higher prices than the average prices which shows you HOW IMORAL YOUR COMPANY IS!!!

Online pharmacy issues
Trying to set up an account with this company is proving very difficult. After a long wait someone finally answered the phone and a minute later I was cut off so had to call again. Their on line registration process is simply not functioning. They assured me an email enabling me to set a password had been sent, several hours later nothing. They were supposed to replace Lloyds Pharmacy with whom I had no problems. Why has this dysfunctional organisation been given business by the NHS? They are not fit for purpose. Should I finally manage to get registered I don’t hold out much hope of prompt delivery of medication and will probably have to go to the GP which online pharmacies were supposed to replace
Easy App? Not, pain to order etc,etc
Like others I was transferred from Lloyds pharmacy online. With them I had a little trouble but was always easily sorted. Not anymore. Pharmacy2u has an awful app. A little while ago they boasted about their newly revised App. It is terrible. You get to a stage where you think you’ve completed with just a few clicks but no, there's a lot more to do to complete.
I’m also now always confused when it’s time to order again, I never used to be.
And then there’s always the “ do you want this or that beauty item” or “something for your pet”, etc,etc. This always pops up during your prescription ordering. Really fed up with this and thinking of changing.

Arrived in loose shabby box, nearly falling out.
On checking ….the strips were nearly out of date and the container looked a little old/tired.
I’ve written two emails, explaining the problem …I’ve had no reply.
I’m disappointed…I won’t use this company again.
The customer service has left a lot to be desired.

Horrific service.
Moved over from Lloyds Direct and ever since they’ve been charging me double for a single medication, and every month I have to get emergency prescriptions because they honestly cannot get a prescription to you unless the moon is aligned in a certain way.
Yet again, they’re charging me two prescription fees for my medication (which is one medication in two doses and I’ve never paid double), the emergency prescription I tried to get delivered to my local has somehow ended up in their hands, and apparently it’s another 1-2 working days (roughly another working week for them since I know how they operate) because they need to YET AGAIN contact the GP for unknown reasons, even though the GP has told me they’ve released my meds twice.
It takes a minimum of two weeks to sort out a repeat prescription if you’re lucky, will cause you to go into withdrawal even if you plan ahead, and the UI is absolutely horrific.
Avoid like the plague.
Shambolic service
Error messages popping up on the app, a wheel that keeps turning on screen, long wait times to speak to someone.. 2 hours later, and still not sorted the prescriptions needed. Absolute shambles.
Go elsewhere
They say they will respond within 24 hours. It's over 48 hours and nothing. Even the online doctors don't reply. I have told them I have run out of meds and no response. I would not recommend them, go elsewhere

Shocking ! Tried to take my money. Had to cancel my card as a result. Said they would call back in 24 hours...still waiting. Zero customer service and staff working from home as a dog was barking in the "office".
Also gave me split packets of subcription drugs will no clear label on what they were !!!

Was with Lloyds direct which was so easy to use and order from. Now it redirects me to this shambles and now it's so hard to navigate and order from. Never remembers the meds I order and have to search every time, I shouldn't need to put my address in a million times! Lloyds direct was literally 3 button presses..done! SORT IT OUT! how do I go back to Lloyds anyone know?

Atrocious. Couldn’t pay for my prescription but it was filled by my doctor who would therefore not reissue. I am now nearly out of medication and getting no response by email or phone. This is my first attempt at using them. Avoid at all costs.

I would give no stars. I will never use again. They emailed extra questions which I answered, then claimed I hadn’t replied and cancelled the main part of the order but sent a small part which I’d just added as I was doing the order anyway, so I ended up paying postage for something I could have got post free on Amazon. Their replies to complaint totally unsatisfactory. Recommend you do not use, they’re utterly hopeless.

Clearly wasn't ready for the influx of new patients! I can't even add my card details to pay and received no notification to pay either I had to go back onto the app for it. They are slow to reply and I'm almost out of my medication. So angry that I've been forced to switch from a working system to one that clearly doesn't work

I was with Lloyds online, but since being transitioned over to pharmacy2u the service is diabolical. I waited nearly 25 mins to speak to someone. I've now learnt that my prescription that I was issued today won't even be despatched for a couple of days, meaning I won't receive my items til mid next week. What a sh**show
