Same comments as the others.. took a month to arrive, cheap/bad quality, tried to negotiate me to keep them vrs returning! I did finally get someone to respond to me via their facebook page... below is the return address if anyone else is needing it. They did finally refund my money in full after I refused two of their “deals”, but the entire process took over two months and I had to keep asking about it. Definitely the worst on-line shopping experience I have had! Wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted my time and money on shipping!

Too bad this is after the fact. Worst experience ever. I feel so angry! How can you have such a dishonest company not being checked. I hate what they are doing to people's trust on humanity. Talk about CHEAP!

Everyone should report these scammers to the Better Business Bureau. (They currently have a D+ rating.) It's the only way to get a resolution and make them pay for their crimes.

Do not use this scam company. Christmas order came the end of the first week of january. Item was wrong, and it was complete garbage. The most cheaply made pair of boots I have ever seen. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. I only got a response when I filed a dispute through PayPal. Then they only offered a $38 dollar refund on a $72 purchase, and state that the customer must pay for return shipping to china.

Do not buy from this company. Shoes are cheaply made for the price paid. I ordered shoes that squeaked. When I tried to return, they were willing to give me a $21 voucher or $18 refund for a $45 order. The customer service emails were insufficient. Most companies will allow you a refund minus shipping, which is understandable. They still have not responded....

Totally Unethical - Do Not Buy - SCAM - just received the shoes I ordered over a month ago and they are in no way the shoes in the photo. Total fraud. How they have not been reported is unreal. I am furious and disgusted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I received two pairs of boots that looked NOTHING like they advertised. I am so mad, I have been trying to get in touch with someone so that I can get my money back and return these things I received.

As close to a scam as possible. If you want to return their poor quality shoes, they will refuse to give you their return address. I sent 6 emails to them asking again and again for the return address and they would talk about the subject of the shoes and not give it. When I finally returned it to their PO Box they pretended it wasn't returned until I gave the tracking number then said it wasn't where they preferred and they would not be able to give me a full refund.

If I could I would give rating of negative 100. It took over a month to receive boots. The boots look nothing like the picture. Horrible quality and color they look like I bought them from the dollar store. I paid $63 . Also they shipped the wrong size. This store is a complete scam. I have been trying to contact business through email with no success to return items. I guess it’s a $63 lesson.

I wish I would have researched this company more before purchasing 2 pair of boots from them. I feel ashamed of myself for cutting corners and thinking I'd get great shoes for not a lot of money. That should have been my first clue that things are not what they seem.
They shipped from China so I had to wait a while, then when I received them they were in a plastic bag and they boots looked cheap and of poor quality (you get what you pay for!). I wear a size 38 and one pair of boots feel like a size 37 and the other feel like a 40. I emailed them to return and they said they would offer me a $19 cash coupon and I keep the boots. I wrote them back and said I am not happy with their company and I want $20 cash back and I donate the boots to someone. I haven't heard back from them yet...
long story short, don't purchase from this company!

Crap!, takes about 30 days to get my boots. They feel and look cheap. They didn't even come assembled such a joke. Its build a boot. Looks nothing like the picture

I wish I had read the reviews. Pair of shoes received with 2 different sizes. They cost $65 and sending them back cost $52 which I had to pay even though it was their stupid error. Net loss $42. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They don't even deserve a star. Do NOT buy anything from this company. They falsely advertise their products. The boots that I received were nothing like what was advertised and the zipper was broken. I tried to contact Customer Service, provided pics and the SKU number and then the company stops responding to your messages. They are a complete scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Do NOT buy!! Complete scam. I emailed customer service and sent pics of the plastic junk they sent. Looked like something from a Halloween costume/dollar store!! They offered me a $24 voucher 😂.... as if I would actually buy something from here again!! I was scammed out of $56!!! What’s bad is the reviews on their actual site are all good bc I checked.... obviously fake posted by someone from site. The bad reviews I put on site have all been removed!!

Complete scam. Images of shoes were stolen from genuine retailer's websites, and shoes sent were terrible knock-off versions of the images they stole. Do not buy.

what you get will not look anything like what you order. It's all cheap knockoff garbage. Only way to get your money back is to pay for return shipping and it will cost more to send back to China then what you paid. It is now my mission to make sure this website is exposed for what it really is!

This shoe store is the equivalent of Wish. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all cheap quality at best and one pair was not the color represented online. I didn't notice that they ship from China until after I placed my order. I should have cancelled right then. I would ship them back but they wont pay the shipping costs. Not worth it. Ill be donating these hideous shoes.
