Don’t make the same mistake I did.
After 2 months of waiting I received the wrong shoes, they weren’t anything like what I had ordered and nothing like any of the shoes on their site. They were cheap looking and ugly. I called their customer service line several times and always waited upwards of 2 hours and never ever got through to anyone. I also emailed the address they provided and it came back to me undeliverable. I think I’m out of luck and out my 100$ that I paid for two pairs of shoes. Don’t order from this place!!

Horrible purchase. Cheap shoes, style received not as pictured. Definitely not even close in quality for the price paid. Do not order from this company.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered three pairs of shoes ON SALE for 130 dollars (so an average of about 43 dollars per pair ON SALE). The shoes arrived (at different times) and NONE of the pairs were the right size....I thought I had been distracted and ordered the wrong size, but that was not the case. Additionally, the shoes are TERRIBLE quality. They look like the were cut out and glued together by a child...except for one pair which looked surprisingly much nicer than the other two (still low quality material and uncomfortable though). I contacted them for a refund and they said I could either send them back for a full refund (but I would have to pay high shipping costs myself) or I could get a 19 dollar refund (19 dollars out of 130). I was stupid and picked the latter option thinking I had only spent 90 dollars originally and not finding it worth it to pay 50 dollar shipping fees to save 40 dollars. I regret entirely allowing these scammers to keep my money! Should have gladly given it to international post instead! DO NOT BUY...I feel like an idiot.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING I need to let everybody know I just received my shoes after about a mouth and a half. I must say I have never been this ripped off ,in all the years I’ve been ordering on line . THE SHOES ARE SO LOW QUALITY I Could HAVE PAID $ 5:00 FOR THE SAME THING .I CAN’T EVEN WEAR THEM If I DID THEY WOULD FALL A PART .
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !!!!! IM NOW OUT $52.00 PLUS SOME, FOR THE COST OF THE SHOES.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and only received two pair. There is no way to contact the company except by e-mail
I e-mailed them two months ago and still have not received an answer. It is impossible to deal with a company like this if you have a problem. I recommend not even looking at this company's website. Go to some other shoe company. You will be glad you did.

Do not use this company. They state they take returns but they don’t. They will barter with you about giving you 25% credit. I’m am reporting to PayPal.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered shoes in March and have not received them... they have been in LA since May 5 ( supposedly ) according to the tracking site! I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. SENT ME SHOES 2.5 SIZES TOO BIG AFTER HAVING TO WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR DELIVERY. NOW I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THE SHOES ARE ADORABLE, WELL MADE AND PRICEY BUT I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP ME. STUCK WITH SHOES THAT ARE CUTE BUT TOO BIG. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND 😠 ANGRY!!!

The shoes are the worst, they don’t have quality and style. To be honest don’t BUY nothing in this site !!!

Do NOT use this company, they are a total scam. The shoes don’t look anything like the photos, extremely poor quality and inconsistent sizes. Some shoes in the same pair are a different shape. They also take a long time to arrive, in poor packaging and the order will come in dribs and drabs - be mindful of this as they use tracking and will claim an order has been fulfilled because it shows up as delivered but they won’t necessarily have included all items. I feel like a total idiot.

They charged me. After I contacted them, they say they cannot provide that shoe, and they can't refund!
They make you pick something that you don't want, and then never send the replacement. It has been 4 months. They only answer emails with the same generic comments and do not accept replys. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't speak about the quality since I never received anything!

This is a terrible company. I needed to return shoes( low quality by the way) and I sent them back to the LA address from whence they came, but turns out that is not allowed, they said they could only refund 1/2 the fee, they should have been returned to China, which costs more than the shoes! You cannot get anyone on the phone in customer service- a joke in itself. Still waiting for my refund, which I doubt I will ever see. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering; I normally do, but missed the one. Trust me-STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

It is a scam. Will not allow you to cancel within the 24 hr frame as per their policies. You can also cancel before they ship and pay 15% stocking fee but will lie about the shipping date. The quality is sub-standard, not as shown and will request that you return to a China address that can only be track to customs so there is no record if and when they receive, which is a requirement before they give you your money back. You may also like to read the complaints to Better Business Bureau, which shows a registered address in Los Angeles, CA but they won’t let you return there so you get discouraged because the shipping charge to China is more than the price of the shoes.

Terrible company.....not reputable. Ordered shoes on 3-26-2020, it's now May 18 and no receipt. Rip Off!!

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING! I ORDERED SHOES 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM! THEY KEEP SAYING THEY SHIPPED SO I CANT GET A REFUND! SO NOW IM STUCK WITH NO REFUND AND NO SHOES! THIS IS BS!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took almost a month to receive the order, the quality was subpar and despite their claims of accepting returns I had the following problems:
1. Notification of my wish to return and request for return address- numerous emails from them, one of which made any sense and none including the return address
2. When they finally gave me the return address- after at least 5/6 emails, I mailed the next day, only to receive an email from UPS informing me the company had moved - they were trying to locate a new address.
3. I informed the company and was livid that they were playing games
4. An email from them telling me they were no longer able to give me a refund to my original form of payment, but would give me a “cash voucher “- what the hell is that? I could purchase more garbage from them- ABSOLUTELY NOT.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE, LIED REGARDING RETURN POLICY. QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR.

Got the shoes I ordered in the size I ordered for the price I ordered. It did take a while (3 weeks) but I expected that. They are cute!

This is the worst online shopping I ever did. Not only it took them forever to deliver my package with a fake tracking number, but after I received it, I wish I never did. Worst quality, a bigger size than what I ordered. I was shocked! I spent over $200 in these shoes because they looked so cute online, but trust me it’s the worst quality of shoes I have ever seen in my life.I wish I could just attach it here so you can see. Please do not shop a penny with them. It’s nothing like they make it seem.

If I could give less than one star I would. I should've checked the legitimacy of this site before placing my order, I'm just grateful my order was small. I placed my order and after three weeks my order hadn't shipped (it was supposed to ship within 5-7 days). I emailed and requested a refund. They told me that wasn't possible because my order had shipped just that day, and provided me with tracking numbers. I checked the tracking numbers but they didn't exist at the time. I chalked it up to the package still being pre-shipment and waited a few days and checked again. The numbers did not exist and never had. I emailed again and told them that I had found the tracking numbers were fake and so far I've heard nothing. I just wanted my money back if I wasn't going to be receiving my items. Even if I had gotten them, I've read that I would've been disappointed anyway.

I don't think they deserve even 1 star. I, like so many before me, wish I'd done some thorough research into this fraudulent outfit. I haven't even received my order and they're proving to be a nightmare. I ordered the shoes last month and saw that my account had been charged the purchase price, although it said it was for Sayhey Unit F Tower A Hong Kong, Food & Dining....
I went to my account to get tracking info and saw that the shoes were still in my cart and that I had not ordered anything yet. I knew that to be complete BS (at this point, I am sure they were hoping I'd place that second order to further rip me off) so I emailed them Thursday indicating I will report their business as fraudulent. I did get a response today with order and tracking numbers that don't bring up any information at all! Imagine that?!! I replied to the email from Karen O (another sneaky little thing, when replying, my email address was in as the recipient and I had to change that, otherwise I would have just replied to myself), indicating the information provided brought up nothing, asking what ship company was used and reiterating the fraudulent business report. I am fuming, yet also very embarrassed. If the shoes do ever deliver, I expect to be extremely disappointed. I'll chalk it up as a lesson learned and a loss of money - am I glad I didn't buy a second pair to get the "free shipping"! Arrrrrggghhhh
