Scam. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them at the same time. Weeks later 1 pair arrived and the smell of Naugahyde is overwhelming. The other pair has gone into a black hole apparently. They did reply to my emails but never with any real concern for the lack of fulfilling my order.

Scam . Quality is terrible. If you need shoes as part of a Halloween costume MAYBE

I rarely shop on line but I thought I'd take a chance when I saw these lovely yellow flats on line. The Shoes kept appearing on my feed whenever I was on line. I took the chance and purchased four pair of shoes. Which turned out to be nothing like the pictures on line. I paid 230.00 for complete junk . All of the shoes are complete plastic made of the quality that you see at the dollar store in the little girls costume section. NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give less than 1 star I would! Please be wear SHOESSEE is a complete scam!!

Not trustable at all. Still waiting for the goods I bought over a month ago, I tried (unsuccessfully) to log into my account. Access denied. Reason:?. Then, I tried (unsuccessfully) to send an e-mail. It came back to me. Reason: their server is out of service. What?????? I tried to track the order (unsuccessfully). Where are the goods I paid for???

Scam. Got some hideous boots what didn't look even close to those i ordered. Lost 70 euros.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and was sent the wrong size. I asked for a refund and was repeatedly told on an email you can not reply to that I will only be refunded when the shoes are returned (at my cost to China) and in good condition. I was also told the size I requested was out of stock, however when I went back into their website I can still order this size. DO NOT use this company.

Auch gegen diese Firma gibts eine polizeiliche Anzeige wegen Betrugs - das gehört sich einfach, auch wenn es nichts bringt. Irgendwann einmal werden diese Verbrecher geschnappt, und dann muss man ihre Opfer ausfindig machen können. Schämt euch also nicht und geht zur Polizei - mit dieser Anzeige kann man dann auch eine Reklamation bei der Kreditkartenfirma starten, damit man zumindest einen Teil seines schwer verdienten und so schamlos gestohlenen Geldes zurückbekommt. Wehren wir uns!

No refund unless you pay to ship the product back to China, which will cost you more then letting them get away with scamming you.! Please pass it on!!

My name is Marie, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this compay, it takes 8 weeks to received them. Shockingly, I received very bad quality, nothing like what I ordered. I will not pay 4.99 for them seriously. Please if you don't want to lose your money do not buy from this company. It's an insult.

This company is a scam. Even if you get the shoes, they look nothing like the photos and you’ll never see your money.

This is a really bad company! My wife, Carla Fernandez-Stoll ordered a product from this company.
They sent us the incorrect product - wrong Colour and a bigger Size, and refused to acknowledge it.
They won't accept the return, and would not refund the purchase price.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I would make a zero star if I can. Shoes are cheap quality and high prices for nothing! On top of this, I cant refund the shoes.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. The shoes are cheaply made and do not fit. And it took six weeks to get them.

Actually would rate a 0 order , ordered back in January, never received anything, what a scam !

The shoes are not what is pictured. If I could give them a 0 or -1 I would. The sizes do not match up either one pair was supposed to be a 7 and is more like a 9. I didn't know they could make them so cheap.

I would give 0 if possible. The sandals I ordered are horrible!!!! The are harder than a rock no nice footbed, no soft upper and the size is about 3 sizes off.
And to top It off after waiting 3 months for delivery I can’t find a way to return them for refund.

Wow. I wish I had read this review before I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. This company is out of China and a scam for sure. The flower fell off my shoe the first day I wore them. The second pair didn’t fit my feet. I tried to call the phone number and was in eternal hold. So, I emailed the address and had a email back from Kim. She asked me for the information, I sent it all. Now the process began!! The run around! But, a new person came on board, Bioy, he asked me again all the same info, sent again and again. I can’t tell you all the emails. They did not provide a address at all, but finally a voucher for one pair of shoes and told me I could keep the other and sell them to someone!!! Get this!!! I didn’t answer fast enough so I get another person who says he’s so sorry I wasn’t happy with the offer, so here is the address. IN CHINA of all places. And, please send them and they will decide if they will give me a refund. I answered back that I had taken the offer (I did tell Bioy that I would take it, but it wasn’t fast enough for them) and who in their right mind would send shoes to China, and possibly not get a refund??? SILENCE was now the answer. So, be warned!! Don’t buy shoes from this company or any other name they are under, there are several. Shoes on your phone I’ve found all come out of China and there are no returns!!! Even they say 30 day money back guarantee!! What a horrible mess. BE AWARE!! All I wanted was a fair deal, and still do want my voucher..
