If there was a 0 star I would triple check it! This is a total scam! They post pics of great shoes by boutique shoe companies and send you plastic junk. I thought they were legitimate re-seller - they aren’t. Stay away! And they won’t answer emails, tell you how to send that crap back or give you a refund.

Ordered a pair of boots (blue leather) sixty some dollars were half price. What I got was a pair of blue totally synthetic boots so cheap it was beyond belief. The picture I saw was not what I got . I will never order anything again that's made in China what rook deal. Now I'll have to try and get a refund plus pay shipping to send back. All this time and effort plus shipping costs and no boots when I'm done. The whole deal made look like the boots were coming from the UK so I thought good it's not coming from China. But it did. The boots were cheaply made not acceptably by any means. plz email me on how to get a refund.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. The first pair was of extremely inferior quality and the second pair never arrived! I sent several complaint emails and never received a reply. THE WORST! Don't buy ANYTHING from these people! Scam artists! Their tracking sucks and is very generic. Worst shoe experience all around. Will NEVER order from them again!

you guys!! This site is a complete scam. After almost a month my shoes arrived in a bag (no box) and were obviously not the shoes in the picture but handmade pleather look-alikes with the nails on the soles sticking out of the bottom then covered with whatever they used for soles. One nail bulges out right in the center of where my upper foot is and the other nail bulges near the heal of my foot. It's crazy! I can only imagine how terrible the condition is for whoever made these - i hope they are not kids in a factory. This company is NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR. Do not support this fake company.

The photos they’re using to sell their shoes are not theirs! I haven’t purchased anything, but I was scammed recently by a Chinese company advertising via Facebook so I’ve been keeping an eye on their ads. I noticed this company is using pictures from a Latvian company called Inch2. Their shoes (Inch2’s) are high quality and instantly recognisable. Bottom line: DONT’T TRUST FACEBOOK ADS.

I did not know this was a scam. I paid 110.51 for 2 pairs of boots that i never got. I emailed them twice with no response. Im so upset about this. I saved up for these shoes just to be scammed out of my money. This is the worst site I've ever dealt with. This site needs to be removed and shut down. This is so wrong.

For 3 months now i have been trying to get a refund from Shoessee for a pair of shoes that completely fell apart after wearing them for only a couple of weeks and in that period, on just 5 occasions! Yep - the sole fell off one shoe and the upper part of the other came away from the toe so it was completely open. I have sent more than 12 emails and they keep answering with the same generic reply requesting details or pictures but not EVER actually dealing with my problem. I have sent clear photos - 6 of them ... TWICE, but they are ignoring my evidence and merely continue to ask me to send photos!!! Disgusting cheats . Crap quality, fraudulent company , I AM FURIOUS with their repeat replies that take ages to come and then sign off with 'have a nice day' . Liars. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY THEY ARE RUBBISH BOTH MATERIALLY AND MORALLY.

I ordered shoes in the end of April. It is now September and they have not arrived. The tracking says they have been sitting in New Jersey or something for months. I have written the company with no response.

Still waiting for on my package since April 2020. These dumb asses took my money and I haven't heard or seen anything about my package. The "supposedly "Customer service number they have is waaaay in China. Hoes don't speak English,but they can take your money! My advise to everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMER!!

I wish I had done my usual due diligence before ordering from these scammers. I did not even know they were in China. I ordered a pair of sandals which look nothing like the ad, are made of plastic like cheap dollar store flip flops, had a broken strap, and reeked of a horrible chemical smell. The smell remains after a week of sitting on my patio. I opened a claim with PayPal and they are offering a $15 refund of my $36 spent. They don't offer return labels and I am not going to spend more money to return them to China. I'll take the $15 and just be glad I only ordered one pair. They should be put out of business.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered boots and two pairs of leather shoes. The shoes looked like plastic and didn’t fit. The boots, pictured with wood heels, were just painted plastic and about 2-3 sizes too large. I emailed and said I was returning. They wanted pictures. I sent pix and asked for an address. Then they offered a $40.00 credit. No, I replied. It doesn’t do any good if they don’t fit and what’s the return address? They responded again with an offer of a credit. NO! I’ve already discussed this. I want to return, what’s the address? I got another reply about sorry you are not satisfied, can we offer a credit. NO!!!! This is my FIFTH REQUEST! WHATS THE DAMN ADDRESS?? They sent a reply with an address in China. I responded that the shoes were shipped from New York and San Francisco and that’s where I’m returning them with return receipt. I’m contesting the charges.

They are truly the WORST company I have ever ordered from. Had to wait weeks and weeks for delivery. The boots which I ordered a size up from my usual size were too small. When I contacted customer service to ask for return instructions it turned out that I could either get a 10 dollar refund (for boots I payed $46 +tax for) or a 12 dollar store credit. Alternatively they said I could send the boots back to China covering the shipping cost myself. A mighty scam operation is what they are!! So upsetting!!! :-(

Scam bam no thank you ma’am. I ordered two pairs of shoes, neither of which were as pictured on their website. What they do is take pictures from other websites and then manufacture cheap versions that I wouldn’t put on a dog. Their site says they accept returns but they will not provide a return authorization. I opened up a dispute with Visa. Anyway, lesson learned. Buyer beware!

Thanks to Facebook tracking I was looking for shoes this company showed up whenever I was on line. I didn’t research the company, Please be wear SHOESSEE is a complete scam!!

“I” yes am a fool who ordered $450.00 in shoes from them. COVID had hit all stores were closed and I desperately needed new shoes!

All my packages never showed and eventually I got from the shipping company “expired” warnings. So I researched it:

If I had read the reviews before ordering I would never have bought.

Please don’t make the mistake I did! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering; I normally do, but missed the one. Trust me and all the other negative reviews - stay away from them!

I ordered 110$ of shoes. Never saw them. As soon as the shoe are sold, they don't care if it is delivered or package lost. The customer service always answer to ask for the post company. I would highly not recommand this website.
